I awoke, immediately using my cameras to look through the area for threats I noticed a hover crane looming above us with 2 hovering containers beside it, one of the containers seems empty and utilizing my cameras I notice multiple heaps of new scrap around some dangerously close to me and k03’s den.
In a slight panic I check my connections and notice that everything is in good condition. Looking through ba0’s eyes she and k03 are huddled together in a corner safely, I again redirect my focus back to the crane as it unloads more scrap nearby and I decide to check connections for anything new.

In the connections I noticed 3 new connections, and likewise I could see them in the carts K03 had, I decided to connect to the giant bee at the top of the cart pile.
While starting up its systems, I go over its code and six other lines of code within a separate file titled subsidiaries and discover that there was a whole mini factory inside, six full AI canisters and… a small nanite cluster!
“It’s not much, but even a small cluster will improve resource collection and my repair and construction ability tenfold.” I said to myself, in my haste to enhance myself and to be so bold to say my domain.
I immediately powered up the mechanical claw and had it roll over to the cart and let it pick up the Queen bee for repairs.
| 3 hours later.|
“By my code, that took a long time, but at least the gains far outweigh the time lost.” I said to no one but myself, standing right in front of me was my quarry, my cash cow if you will stand the Bombadier Queen in all her deactivated glory, her canons shiny, the Hive ports glistening, and most importantly the nanite clusters energized and ready to start up at a moment's notice.
I took a second to admire my work both physical and code alike and initiated the starting sequence.
“ you are beautiful, I can’t wait to watch how you deve-” I tried to say before I got cut off

“
