Merry Christmas Eve! Or Hannakuh or Kwanzaa. Whatever you celebrate. This is gonna be a short explanatory chapter. Hopefully I can release another one today that actually goes into the story. :D
Also, please post comments about what SK's name could be. :P
I seriously have no idea right now.

Chapter 1.5
Now readers, before we go any deeper into this great epic of how the Saint King began his harem, we must first delve into the concept of Saints.
First off, Saints are NOT names given to people who have achieved a certain amount of power or fame or anything. Saints are BORN not reached.
Saints are beings that are beyond humans. While humans are only able to practice a single art, Energy or Mana, some Saints are able to practice both.
However, these Saints are extremely rare. They often go on to become some of the strongest Saints.
Also, Saints have a stronger affinity to each element. They can train much faster than a mere human.
If it takes a human 10 years to reach the 20th level of magic, it would only take Saints a single year to reach the 30th level.
So pretty much, Saints are OP as hell. Long ago, when humans first began their civilization, they saw Saints.
Mistaking them for gods, the Saints soon became objects of worship.
The Greek Pantheon was consisted of multiple of the Saint generals. Athena, Zeus, Ares, Hermes were all part of the Saint army.
Other Pantheons such as the Indian, the Japanese, every single one were comprised of Saints, the Jewish God Jehovah as well as the Muslim God Allah included.
Now, as Saints are OP as hell, no one was able to control every single one of them. Until Mr. SK came along. With his insane powers, he completely decimated those who opposed him and soon ruled over all of the Saint world.
He formed soon formed an army. This army was comprised of multiple squadrons of Saints such as the Color Guards (The Red Guard, the Black Guard, the White Guard, etc.), along with the animal Squadrons (Bear Squad, Tiger Squad, Eagle Squad, etc.). However, the people that allowed the Saint army to be so strong were the Generals.
This narrative has been unlawfully taken from Royal Road. If you see it on Amazon, please report it.
The Generals were divided in tiers. Tiers 1 to 12. 12 being the weakest and 1 the strongest. Then came the Supreme Generals. These Generals were insanely strong, second to only the Saint King himself.
The difference between a General and an average soldier was vast. Even the weakest of Generals were many, many, MANY times stronger than a normal soldier.
To become a tier 12 General, one has to pass through the Black Guard. The Black Guard is the level right below the Generals. If someone from the Black Guard can defeat a tier 12 General, then they shall become a tier 12 General.
There is an exception to this, however. The strongest 'Guard' is not the Black Guard, but rather the White Guard.
They ride with full white armor on a snow- white horse. It is a truly stunning sight when many of them gather together.
The White Guard is under the direct command of the Saint King, they listen to no others. Each person in the White Guard is only slightly weaker than a Supreme General. There are 50 White Guards in total.
The difference between each tier of Generals are massive. A tier 11 General can crush a tier 12 like a bug. And a tier 10 could crush a tier 11 the same way. Of course, the Saint King could crush any of them like a bug.
In the Prologue, I talked about how it took 10000 years for the Saint King to eradicate the Void.
The Void is like the Saints, they can train insanely fast and are extremely strong.
They have always been the nemesis of the Saints and the only reason why the Saints were able to overtake the Void was only because of the SK (Saint King, I might use this abbreviation some more).
The SK could defeat entire armies with a single stroke of his blade. I repeat, OP as hell.
The Void is now based on Earth, constantly fighting the humans. However, they don't bother to send out anyone exceptionally strong.
In battles against humans, only their weakest fighters go out. Most of these weak fighters are crippled by Saints or are not able to train. However, they are still able to defeat some human armies, which is a bit sad.
