Zhang Jian was a disciple of the Hao Harem Sect. He had been accepted as a disciple on the first cultivation planet that was destroyed.
His entire family and friends were killed by the Cloudy Sky Sect after they destroyed the planet. He harbored an intense hatred for them, and his life goal was to avenge his family's death.
The sect master, Hao Hongming, had saved them before the planet's destruction, so Zhang Jian was eternally grateful.
After completing his cultivation in a small meditation room, Zhang Jian opened his eyes and thought about the influx of new disciples joining the sect. He wondered where they would be housed. Rising to his feet, he ventured outside, making his way to the "Satisfaction Room."
The Satisfaction Room was one of the most popular buildings in the sect, where almost everyone utilized their daily allotted one hour.
Deputy Sect Master Su had mentioned that this building was a gift from the sect master. Inside, there was a puppet that resembled the sect master, programmed to fulfill the disciples' desires.
Zhang Jian didn't understand why the sect master had made the puppet look like herself, but he didn't question it. If it was the sect master's creation, it must have been the best decision.
Zhang Jian spent his entire one hour in the room and emerged with a smile.
Now it was time to go to work! Initially, there hadn't been many tasks available in the sect, but recently, Master Su had introduced a contribution list. Those with high contributions would receive rewards, including more time in the Satisfaction Room and other exciting benefits.
He proceeded to the Task Assignment Center and surveyed the surroundings.
Most tasks involved helping new disciples find accommodations and settle in. Other tasks included organizing the library, writing poems, preserving spiritual plants, building new houses, and much more. Cleaning and cooking duties were handled by the handyman disciples. Zhang Jian chose the task of assisting a new disciple in settling down and examined the written information provided.
It awarded 100 contribution points and instructed Zhang Jian to go to the new disciple camp. Once there, he was to choose a person at random and provide them with information about the sect and assist them in finding their accommodation.
Zhang Jian walked until he reached the new disciple camp, where many people were residing in a 15-story building. The place was crowded, leaving little space to move around.
This building was not the only one; numerous similar buildings existed in the area. He entered the building and randomly selected a boy named Cai Yang before leaving.
Zhang Jian said, "I'm here to help you settle down and get started. First, let's go and get your uniform and essentials."
Cai Yang asked, "Senior Brother Zhang Jian, are we going to learn magic here? We've been staying in this cramped place for weeks, and many people are feeling desperate. Some even regret joining."
Zhang Jian replied, "Yes, don't worry. Deputy Sect Master Su is constructing new houses rapidly, and many of them are in the final stages. Soon, many of you will be relocated in large groups, and then you can start learning cultivation."
Cai Yang inquired, "What is cultivation? Is it a type of spell?"
Zhang Jian explained, "Yes, it's similar. You'll learn about it later."
They arrived at the regional supplies office, and Zhang Jian helped Cai Yang obtain a spatial ring with a badge, a few sets of clothes, some spirit stones, and a few pictures of the sect master inside it. Then, he taught Cai Yang how to use the spatial ring.
This special ring could be used by mortals; they only needed to put a drop of blood on it, and they could instinctively utilize its functions.
Cai Yang was thrilled as it was the first magical item he had ever seen in his life. In the mage continent, mortals were separated from mages, so many individuals in rural areas never encountered magic in their entire lives.
After playing with the ring for a while, Zhang Jian said, "Let's go. I'll introduce you to a few important buildings."
"Here is the central meditation room, where the spiritual energy concentration is much higher than outside, but staying here comes at a cost."
"And this is the library, where you can read anything free of charge!"
"You can ask senior brothers to personally teach you here, although it comes at a cost."
"And here, we have a lottery! You can buy chances, and if you win, you'll receive the legendary gift from Sect Master Hongming."
Afterward, Zhang Jian introduced Cai Yang to the house where he would be living. The house was very small, with no bathroom or kitchen, only a small meditation room and a hall. Bathrooms were located outside, and food was delivered by handyman disciples.
Following all of this, Zhang Jian went and received the 100 contribution points with a smile.
...
Su appeared serious as he did his best to create as many houses as possible in a short time. However, even after a few weeks, only 100 million people had been housed.
"These poor new disciples are living in very poor conditions in the camp," he muttered, grinding his teeth, and contacted Hao Gongming.
"Su! It's the first time you've called me. What's the matter?" Hao Gongming asked.
"Hongming, it's taking too long to create housing, and the disciples are suffering! Please help me a little here!" Su didn't want to ask for help for anything, but for the sake of those poor boys, he swallowed his pride and asked.
"Okay! I'll send a clone to assist you," Hao Gongming responded.

A few seconds later, a clone of Hao Gongming arrived and smiled, asking, "Now, what help can I provide?"
Su explained, "We have enough space, but we lack the materials to build houses and the manpower for construction."
The clone pondered for a moment and then smiled, saying, "Wait one day!"
The clone teleported directly to the royal capital of the Xu country. The king, shocked by the sudden appearance, felt a slave mark fall upon him.
Hao Gongming then said, "Take this list and gather these resources."
The king's demeanor changed the moment the slavery mark fell, and he obediently replied, "Yes, master."
Hao Gongming's clone continued this process for all the kingdoms in the world. After just one day, the clone gathered all the resources and placed them in front of Su. There were abundant building materials, clothes, and food.
Su was shocked, and his face grew serious. He exclaimed, "With these resources, we can create a lot of housing! But what about manpower?"
The clone shrugged and replied, "Use the new harem members as manpower. Okay, I leave the rest to you, Su." Then the clone teleported away.
Su maintained a serious expression and decided to allocate contribution points to the new disciples, utilizing their help in constructing the new housing.
...
Meanwhile, Hao Gongming was occupied with her tasks. She moved from world to world in search of baby worlds, leaving clones behind to excavate and get worlds essence.
Now, all her clones were busy, and she knew of enough baby worlds, so she decided to venture into another world to gain experience.
One of her clones opened a portal, and Hao Gongming entered with a smile.
...
She looked around and saw old European buildings. People were moving about in dirty clothes, and everyone appeared impoverished. She continued to explore the city until she reached a particularly eye-catching building.
"It really looks like a church!" she thought to herself.
She entered the building and observed many people seated and watching attentively. Her gaze followed theirs.
A man dressed as a priest was chanting something. Hao Gongming's eyes sparkled when she noticed him. "He's equivalent to a Qi Condensation cultivator!" she realized.
She watched with interest as a man with injuries lay on a wooden table. He writhed in pain and occasionally groaned.
The priest completed his chant, and a bright white light descended from the sky, illuminating the injured man. Instantly, his moaning ceased, and he appeared to bask in the radiant light. When the light eventually dissipated, the man stood up and expressed gratitude to the priest, praying devoutly.
Hao Gongming observed with great interest. The light emitted was certainly not something a Qi Condensation cultivator could produce. It was likely cast by a higher-ranking being after the priest's chant.
"This is a truly intriguing world," she thought to herself.
Curious, she approached someone who was praying and inquired, "To whom are you praying?"
The man looked astonished and replied, "Of course, I am praying to the goddess of all nature, Demeter."
Before the man could ask any further questions, Hao Gongming suddenly disappeared.
…
"How interesting. There's just one question I want answered... Are these gods at the Rank 2 or Rank 3 level?" she pondered, wearing a smile.
To find the gods, she knew what to do. It was simple!
Since these gods and goddesses seemed to rely on the power of faith, she deduced that to attract their attention, she had to disrupt the source of their faith. With this thought in mind, she released her aura, now completely in the Imitation Realm, and unleashed a powerful punch towards the city she had just visited.
In an instant, the city crumbled into dust, leveled entirely. She gained a small amount of experience from the act.
"Now, onto the next one," she exclaimed, her innocent smile intact.
City after city turned to rubble under her destructive power. However, just as she was about to destroy a large city with a colossal statue, the sky rumbled, and the visage of a woman appeared upon it. The woman's face bore an expression of intense anger.
"It must be Demeter," Hao Gongming surmised.
Sensing the aura emanating from the apparition, she became excited. "This is definitely not a third step aura! I can sense it intuitively, as this world's aura is too weak for the third step."
She felt ecstatic! With so many gods and goddesses present in this world, she was confident that she would gain at least one level once she was done.
Activating her Overwhelming Strength skill, her power instantly surpassed 620 points. Now in the 2nd step, she believed that nothing could withstand her punches.
She let out a loud laugh and aimed a powerful punch at the sky. The impact caused the surroundings to evaporate, making all the clouds vanish and leaving a crack in the sky.
"A crack in the sky? It appears that this sky is fake," she mused.
Ascending further, she eventually encountered a barrier that prevented her from climbing any higher. "Behind this barrier... it must be the world of the gods," she deduced.
She struck the barrier once again with her fist, and this time, the crack gave way and shattered. Hao Gongming entered through the hole.
Inside, she extended her divine sense and detected the presence of a woman. This woman was far beyond the peak of the 2nd step but still below the 3rd step.
"As long as she's below the 3rd step, she can only meet her demise before me," Hao Gongming declared.
Approaching with a speed surpassing that of light, she delivered a punch to the panicking woman. In response, the woman cast a spell, summoning a massive tree known as the “World Tree” and the “World Orb”.
These two were renowned as the best defensive spells in this world. The first was the "World Tree," said to be the origin of all plant life. Its life force was astonishing, making it nearly impossible to destroy unless all green life vanished from the world.
The second was the "World Orb," representing all the stones in the world. Its hardness equaled that of all stones combined.
Hao Gongming's punch made contact with the World Tree, causing an immediate crack to appear. The crack widened until the thick trunk of the World Tree split in two, turning the rest of it to ash. In the world below, all the trees suddenly transformed into ash and disappeared along with the World Tree.
Her punch weakened but persisted, striking the World Orb. The entire world trembled violently upon impact, yet the World Orb barely managed to withstand the punch.
Demeter's complexion turned pale, and she desperately called upon other gods for help. Many figures appeared, joining Demeter in casting what seemed to be an ultimate move.
Hao Gongming watched with intense interest and astonishment as over a hundred gods joined forces, combining into a colossal entity hundreds of kilometers in size.
This giant being let out a mighty roar and launched a punch at Hao Gongming.
Hao Gongming retaliated with her own punch, and the two forces collided.
The resulting explosion was so massive that anyone below the Yin-Yang Transformation stage would perish just by looking at it.
The barriers of the world of gods shattered completely, causing everything to plummet back into the mortal world.
As she was thrown far away with a broken right arm, Hao Gongming gazed approvingly at the immense creature. "You're truly impressive, but unfortunately for you, you're not at the 3rd step."
Even after such a display of power, the creature's strength had not reached the 3rd step. It was thousands of times stronger than the peak of the 2nd level but still fell short of the 3rd step.
"I'm afraid without reaching perfection, you can't touch the 3rd step," Hao Gongming thought.
She then unleashed her “ultimate attack” skill and delivered a punch.
The giant creature felt an unimaginable crisis and attempted to flee, but it was futile. The punch connected, reducing the creature to dust. The impact was so powerful that the entire planet melted.
"Oops," Hao Gongming remarked casually.
The force released was so powerful that after a fragment of the melting planet hit her, it killed her instantly!
After all, she was in 2th step, and her ultimate attack was capable of harming those in the 3rd layer of detachment. Even a small portion of the attack reflecting back at her would result in her death unless she used her “ultimate defense” skill.
However, she didn't activate her ultimate defense, as her mission in this world was already accomplished.
…
she reappeared as a clone in the Hao Harem Sect, she looked around and smiled. "I didn't expect to gain two whole levels from this!" She felt elated but also a little fatigued, so she summoned the dancing team to relax and ponder her next moves in the Mage World.
