I think for a while and try to put points into health but it seems I can't, they are probably like those bars on games just indicating a value.
So I put 3 points into vitality and 2 into strength.

I crawl toward a wall near the lighted part of this place, then I get up by using the wall, I can see a tunnel further toward the light and I start limping toward the lighted tunnel.
Once close I notice that the tunnel is not a tunnel it just leading to a wide and pretty tall room.
