I stared at the automatic glass doors of the imposing office building in front of me.

Before entering I looked over my shoulders, my parents smiled warmly. I smiled back and entered through the doors.

"Then I'm going."

"Good luck son!" said both my parents.

I have an interview for a financial corporation, Originally I was supposed to be learning medicine but after almost a year, I realized that I was not interested in medicine. So, my father asked me if I wanted to do finance like him, he couldn't get me into his company since the company he works in is pretty big, my father asked a friend to allow me a job interview in a smaller agency.

I wore an average suit but with my good look, I look pretty handsome.

I walk to the reception while my parents sit down on chairs. At the reception desk a cute girl searched if I have an appointment, the girl tells me to go to the third floor and wait on a chair, she tells me to not be confused about the emptiness of the floor as I'm the only one taking an interview this morning.

I take the elevator and press the third-floor button, I could've taken the stairs but I don't want to be sweaty even though I have an athletic physique, I was anxious about the upcoming interview.

While I was lost in my thoughts the elevator door opened and I get out, the corridor was empty with a row of ten chairs on one side.

I walk toward the closest chair to the door when I notice that the door is half-open. I wonder if the employee was ready for me or if he even knows about my presence, I was a bit impatient and was about to enter when I heard noises of flesh and fluid.

I was imagining the indecent scene in the office, thinking if all promotion here can only be obtained like that. But I listen more closely to the sound and it sounded more bestial, I got more curious about the nature of the sound and was confident nothing bad will happen to me if those people saw me, quite the contrary.

So I got closer to the door and discreetly peek, instantaneously my eyes widen, I was so shocked that no word could come out and if I didn't have such a strong stomach I would have vomited.

Inside the room, I saw a man with his entire belly open some of his organs were spilling on the ground as the biggest wolf I could ever imagine was eating a man.

I see that the man was likely dead so I sneakily walk to the other rooms on this floor to try and help to evacuate the hopefully still alive people, I didn't close the door as the wolf was so big it could break through the door easily by ramming into it a few times and it would for sure make a creaking noise.

I grab a chair and walk to the next room, by the interview room was a janitor room which is locked. I look behind the wolf didn't leave the room.

The other remaining room left was a big conference room.

I walk past a corner and looked at the conference room which had more than 20 desks, I could see 3 people, 2 men, and 1 woman. The woman looked in her thirties, one of the men was a young man with combed hair while the other man was around his fifty bald on top of his head.

I put the chair down.

"Hey," I said not shouting but being loud.

They all turn to look at me at the entrance of the room, their faces turn into confusion by my serious expression from a man they had never seen before.

"Who are you?" asks the older man, he was working here for a long time and would know if someone as young as I started working here."Are you here for an interview?" he said as he got up and start walking toward me.

I don't know what to say, I'm not going to say that a wolf was in the room next door in a building, they would think I'm crazy.

After pondering I say, "You need to get out the building is on fire!" I thought about saying that I was a cop but I got no badge, it's just unbelievable.

"Uh? but the building was renovated not long ago." spat the younger man.

"Why are the alarms not ringing?" asks the woman.

"The fire is on the fifth floor, maybe some smoke messed up the detectors," I said hoping they won't try to check since it's two-floor up.

"We'll see how the boss and the others are, we must help each other when in danger, don't you agree Gary? Since you too have a family," she says looking at the older man.

"Fuck, it'll be better if we just go down and wait for firefighters." the other man says seemingly annoyed.

I panic but I think that it isn't so bad with more people we could more safely and quickly rescue the other peoples.

"We should take the stairs it's safer than the elevator." truthfully I didn't want to get near the wolf and at least we could block him with the sturdy stair door.

We walk to the stairs and I block the door with the previous chair.

"What about our colleague in the interview room?" asked the older man.

"He immediately took the stairs after he told me to come to get you, by the way, what rooms are upstairs?"

"The fourth floor is full of desks although there should be no one it's not even 8 am and we didn't saw anyone." replied the woman while lifting an eyebrow, the woman is at the front with me as we start to walk up the stairs. "The fifth floor is the last one with offices and meeting rooms, the offices are for the higher-ups, and the roof is just a roof with some plants and metal fences at the edge."

We get to the fourth floor and check the corridor there is no one the floor is just a big room full of desks.

We go up to the fifth floor.

"We will just check at the front of the door not going too far," I said, impatient to get out of this cursed building.

We open the corridor door and we instantaneously smell beast and death fragrances.

Everyone's face turns into disgust and some of them look like they are about to vomit.

"We should go down!" I say panicky as I start walking back toward the stairs.

At the right of the stair door, there is a fire extinguisher which I grab.

"What the fuck is that!?" exclaims the girl while pinching her nose as she pointed to the meeting room.

Through the glass wall, I could see a thing that I could only call a crack that looked to be distorting space with a purple and bluish hue oozing from it.

I was wondering why I hear and sort of felt a message and why the others seemed to have heard one too when a wolf got out of one of the rooms and started to come ready to attack.

"Get to the stairs! I will hold him get ready to block the door."

The wolf charged at me and I start running preparing momentum to hit him with the fire extinguisher but just behind the wolf another one came and started running to the stairs. I stare but couldn't stop him as I hit the first wolf to the side of his head.

The wolf backs off and stares at me, I crouch and get the fire extinguisher above my head and hit the wolf at the head before he could counter-attack.

I look behind me and I see the young man running down the stairs, the woman holding the door with tears on her face as the old man is running to her with a wolf right behind him. I don't get too distracted as I looked back at the wolf whimpering and angry.

I use the fire extinguisher to distract him and kick him pinning him to the wall, at the same time, I hear screams "Aaargh!" as I started bashing the wolf with the extinguisher.

I look at the stairs and I see the old man with a wounded leg and the wolf on top of him trying to bite his head but the man is covering himself with his arms.

"Oh my god, Gary!" screamed the woman.

I run to the remaining wolf but before I could come close enough to hit him the wolf turns around leaving the man and started to run to me.

I stop and use the fire extinguisher again, but from the smoke, the wolf came jumping at me and knocked me to the ground I could only block his jaw with the extinguisher as I started bleeding in the torso because of his scratches.

I see the wolf starting to pierce through the extinguisher as smoke filled his mouth. I roll and push the wolf to the window, then I get up and make a football kick to the side of the wolf cracking a little the window, I rapidly punch the window who now has a lot of cracks.

The wolf tries to bite my leg but I step back and kick him, the window breaks, and the wolf falls as he scratches my leg while he falls.
