1oz premium vodka (optional)

2oz sour mix

1oz sour syrup

1.5oz lime juice

dash of Sprite or other carbonated lemon-lime soda

maraschino cherries and pineapple cubes

Building the cocktail

Mix Midori, vodka, sour mix, sour syrup and lime juice in a mixing glass. Add ice, shake vigorously and pour into a miniature cauldron.

Splash soda. Add cherries, pineapple cubes and pop rocks.

Garnish and presentation

Serve in a small metal novelty cauldron.
