Ingredients

* 2oz arak

* 0.25oz mint syrup

* 0.5oz pomegranate syrup

* 1tsp honey

* water

* mint for garnish

In a rocks glass, add arak and a splash of water. Stir until mixture takes on a milky white appearance. Add honey and mint syrup, stir lightly again. Allow to settle. Drizzle in pomegranate syrup.

Presentation

Garnish with a sprig of mint.
