Alter Gaia
Alter Gaia, a world where fantasy comes to life. This world is divided by 9 major continents, Ginnungagap, Muspelheim, Nielfheim, Vanaheim, Jotunheim, Syartalfheim, Midgard, Nidavellir and Alfheim. Every continent have their own believe and religion.
Syartalfheim and Vanaheim are continents that worship moon and night while Alfheim and Midgard worship the sun and day. They located at south east, north east, south west and north west respectively.
While at the west we have Nidavellir which use information as their weapon we also have Jotunheim at the east which think gourmet is the most important in their live. Different believe in those continent lead to a major wars between each of them.
All the continents will send armies to fight at Ginnungagap because Ginnungagap is at the center of the world and it’s also the largest and prosperous continent in the world. It’s a strategic place for the armies to fight each other while looting supplies from the locals.
Other than the treats from the armies, Ginnungagap also attacked by Muspelheim and Niefheim armies. Muspelheim and Niefheim armies attack Ginnungagap to conquer the continent because their own continent is facing harsh environment all year round.
Muspelheim a fiery continent with volcano, lava rivers and eruptions. The heat is so intense that they normally would not go out from their castle. Niefheim is the opposite of Muspelheim, a continent cover in snow and ice. The snow is so thick it’s hard for human to walk around. Not to mention the freezing breeze that blow and the ice river.
Cultivation is not possible for both Muspelheim and Niefheim. Their only solution is to attack and conquer Ginnungagap which is at the world center. This will allow them to have more ground to cultivate crops.
Ginnungagap on the other hand is a peace loving continent. They are willing to share their land with Muspelhiem and Niefheim but the negotiation is in vain. Under the constants attack by both continent and the battle from the other continent, Ginnungagap became a wasteland.
The river became red blood in color. The air is fills with the scent of rotting corpses. The once clear blue sky now covers with smokes that result from battle. No crops can ever be cultivating in the land as the land is polluted.
Live became hard for Ginnungagap. The starvation, diseases, and poor child birth rate make the continent population reduces as the war continue. Their capital, Gap is no better than the other cities nor villages.
The war continues for century. There are a few cities which avoided the wars due to unique location. Those cities are Asgard the floating island, Hel the underground city, Atlantis the undersea city and Smith Island a small and drifting island.
These 4 cities are separated from the world. They hardly know what is happening but Smith Island is different. Smith Island although drifting around the sea, they sometimes will encounter armada from certain continent depends on their location. The army from that armada will attack and rob their village for loot and slave.

When all hopes are lost from Ginnungagap, a blacksmith appear out of nowhere in front of all the rulers in each continent. His name is Brokkr, a blacksmith from Smith Island. He proposes a meeting with all of them to negotiate a peaceful solution
Brokkr use some unknown teleportation skill to appear in front of the said ruler of each continent. This unknown skill with some demonstration of what he can do with a single strike from his beloved hammer scared the ruler to agreed on the meeting.
The meeting will held at Gap the capital of Ginnungagap. Rulers from all the continents attend the meeting, Surt from Muspelheim, Hrungnir from Niefheim, Ratatosk from Nidavellir, Shaehrimnir from Jotunheim, Nat from Vanaheim, Sol from Alfheim, Mani from Syartalfheim, Dag from Midgard and Njord from Ginnungagap.
They all sit at a round table at the top of s spiral tower. They are separated from the outside world. Brokkr say that he will help each continent to settle their problem in order for them to have a peaceful world. Brokkr will present a weapon to each ruler for that.
Surt will receive Undine Trident, a water 3-pronged spear which infuses with water attribute. The power from the trident will reduce the flame and heat at the land and make it better to live in.
Flamberge, a fire sword will be given to Hrungnir, the ruler of Niefheim. The heat from the sword will melt some of the ice and snow. This will make the continent warmer and can cultivate crops.
Duister Bow and Zwart Bow are given to Sol and Dag. This will let them understand darkness more. Understanding of darkness will lead to less conflict with those who worship moon and darkness. This is the same for Nat and Mani who receive Licht Bow and Aurora Bow respectively.
Ratatosk will get Shield of Amun, a shield bless with earth spirit that will help them learn more about cultivating crops. Crops will in turn export to Jotunheim for their cuisine. Shaehrimnir will get the Neith Glasses which will enable them to gain knowledge that they never knew.
Gap will gain the ownership of Staff of Ra. It will infuse the land with life force which will enable them to grow crops once more. River will become as clear as crystal and trees will grow. Birth rate will revert back to normal.
With all the weapon distribute to all the rulers a truce have been form between them. They vow to not attack another continent and will respect each other. They live in harmony for hundreds of years.
Brokkr whom finished his task go back to his birth place, Smith Island and continue his mining in Element Mine and hope to uncover the secret behind it in peace.

500 years has pass since the disappearance of Brokkr from the world.
A new tales will unfold as new generation is being born to this world.
