The sonic barbarian had a bit of trouble on the floor he could not influence sound because they were just a little bit more sound and made no difference as they sensed mana and not sound they did not have any of the five senses but had a six sense mana.
After he vowed to return with his party the sonic barbarian left. The adventurers were all really scared as they had just witnessed a fight between a sonic barbarian and a steam knight. This fight was beyond their pay grade.
After that the adventurous decided to level up really quickly and start grinding on the tier 2 floors. They got pretty lucky with getting a blue flame as a tier 2 floor As it was the easiest to grind on and you just have to slowly make your way up the ant hierarchy.
They started off by killing worker ants until they got to level 15 Then at a level they were comfortable at they decided to start to challenge guard ants and at level 20 they started going after the elite ants, the flamethrowers. At level 25 they decided to start farming bosses.
Every day they went in and actually obliviated the tier one floor then challenged the tier two by starting to and to kill all the minions and then at the end of the day usually in the evening they killed the boss, at this method after a week they got to level 45.
At the same time two things were expanding, the dungeon town and the dungeon itself. The town had already expanded into what any new town would need to be. Had an adventuring guild outpost, a town Hall and the mayor was just being elected. It was between Smith, a pudgy money focused man who wouldn’t hesitate to sell his own wife to a corporation just for a better job.

Rhonda was the other competitor, a nature supporter and high level queen of the forest, a Druid variant, she believed in going green and farming and herb gathering but had no economic knowledge and for that reason many people were voting Smith.
Back at the dungeon Zinc had made progress and even opened a few tier 4 floors, not that anybody got there yet. He had some cool ones like an entire city made of steam, and the best part, not the monsters he made hostile, some of them were NPCs that gave out quests. That place even had its own economy.
Another one that Zinc really like was the volcano with a dragon egg, A super treacherous environment with lava magma and meteors occasionally spewing from this mighty behemoth It had lava elementals occasionally if you had bad luck a dragon would spawn and if you had good luck you could take the eggs safely.
The boss of this floor was a cloaked figure wanting to use the egg in a ritual if you didn’t stop them in time, an even tougher boss would appear, an Eldritch spirit. The cloaked figure could use magic specifically dark or aberration type magic. Things that could take your soul away or drain your life.
The path going straight down for fire was of course blue fire then white fire now it is purple fire which can but at temperatures of 1400 Celsius it is the hottest fire can get and all the ants got way, way, way more firepower.
Hell fire developed into eldritch domains and he already had an idea for his tier five floor(Cthulhu), the monsters were actually the entity’s tentacles with the adventurers thinking it was a kraken and then it bursting out of the ground.
