The people in the room all look a little confused at the question, but one of the people in the left group is the first to answer and says. “Karma is what happens from your own actions. If you do good act’s you will gain good karma. If you do bad act’s you will gain bad karma.”
Mo Pengfei claps at the man’s answer and says, “That was great. I don’t think I could have said it better myself. Now that everyone knows what karma is, I can explain to you why I made three groups.”
Mo Pengfei walks over to the group on the left side of the room and gestures to everyone in it as he says, “Everyone in this group has either good or neutral karma.”
He walks to the people in the middle group, as he looks them over he says. “The people here have slightly bad karma.”
Walking over to the last group he looks at them and says, “Everyone in this group has bad karma. Not just a little bit either, I can see a thin blackish red aura around each of you. A few of you even have a really thick aura of bad karma.”
Mo pengfei shakes his head and walks back into the middle of the room and looks over everyone. Before he can say anything, one of the people in the right group asks, “Boss Peng, if we have this bad karma aura from doing bad things. Wouldn’t you also have a bad karma aura?”
Mo Pengfei nods his head and says “Mo Pengfei does have a terrible karma aura. He would be in the right side group with you, if he wasn’t tied up at the moment.”
Everyone looks at Mo Pengfei in confusion at what he just said and someone asks, “Boss Peng, what did you mean?”
Mo Pengfei himself looks down at himself and then laughs for a moment before looking around the room and saying. “Sorry, I forgot I was still in character.” Mo Pengfei places his right hand in the air and then brings it down close to his chest as he says, “Moon, prism, power, make up!” He raises his hand back into the air and does three quick spins, when he is finished with the third spin. He no longer looks the same and is wearing different clothes.
Ming Zhi is dressed in his monk robes, he looks around the room for a moment and takes in the look of shock on everyone's faces. He smiles at everyone and says, “Now that is better. So who knows who I am?”
No one says anything for over a minute, most are in stunned silence. Some are scared and a few look curious at what just happened. One of the servants on the left side of the room is the first to speak and says. “You are the Monk who told me I had a talent for painting!”
Zhi looks over at the man and smiles before saying. “That is correct, I am glad to see you have been practicing. Now we need to get on with what I came here to do.”
Zhi looks over the room and then points at the people in the middle of the room while saying, “You people have a choice because your karma isn’t that tainted. You must fix your karma or your fate will be with those people on the right side of the room.”
The people on the right side of the room tense up at Zhi’s words. As he begins to walk towards them, some of them actually get up and pull out any weapons they have on themself. Zhi looks over all the people on the right side of the room before settling on the lieutenants of Mo Pengfei with the worst aura of bad karma.
“Now I think it is time for a demonstration. All of you can get up, it won’t be fun if you are sitting down.”
Most of the people on the right side get up and pull out weapons, only the few servants with bad karma don’t get up. Zhi looks them all over, then turns around to address the rest of the room and says, “I want the men behind me dead. I will take care of Mo Pengfei’s lieutenants myself, but the rest are for you to take care of. You have the next hour to finish the task, if you do not kill them all.” One of the men behind Zhi rushes him with a dagger as he is talking.

Just before the dagger makes contact, Zhi pivots with supernatural speed. Zhi grabs the man's hand that is holding the dagger with his right hand and with a palm strike from his left hand he shatters the man’s elbow. Before the man has time to scream out, Zhi wrenches the man’s hand up and slams the dagger point at an angle right behind his chin. The man’s eyes go wide for a moment as he looks at Zhi, then a light slowly fades from his eyes as he slumps to the floor. A message pops up in front of Zhi but he closes it instantly.

With blood starting to pool at Zhi’s feet, he takes off his rice hat and looks at the other people behind him. He stares at each of them for a moment and says, “Now like I was saying, Everyone in this room has one hour to kill all of these men. If you do not kill them within that time, I will kill everyone in this room still alive.”
The room is pin drop silent, as everyone is staring at Ming Zhi. Almost everyone looks at him with fear, but a few are looking at him with hope. Zhi looks over at Mo Pengfei’s lieutenants and says, “Your time starts now!” Zhi moves, but it almost looks like a blur to most of the room. He punches the first man in the throat before he can react at all. As the man leans forward clutching his throat, Zhi grabs the man’s head and twists it around. A loud snap is heard and the man's body goes limp as he crumples to the floor.
The rest of the room erupts into chaos as the people on the right side of the room rush the rest of the room. Most of the people in the middle of the room are caught a little off guard. But the people on the left side are fine and rush to the middle of the room. As they begin to fight each other, Zhi looks over at Xu Hui and the other two men next to him. They all look at him in fear, but don’t run.
Zhi picks the closest man and uses a Qi infused kick to send the dead man's body hurtling into the man. The body is too fast and smashes into the man knocking him to the ground. Zhi infusses Qi into his body and moves like a blur at the same time he launches the body. He arrives over the man, just after he hits the ground and slams his right foot down onto the head of the man he just dropped. It only takes one Qi infused stomp to shatter the man’s skull like a watermelon.
Zhi looks over to the next man, who is Xu Hui. He smiles at the man and moves towards him. Xu Hui actually drops the dagger in his hand at Zhi’s smile. Zhi moves in a blur at that moment and catches the dagger, before slamming the dagger into Xu Hui’s heart. The man looks down at his own chest in shock and staggers back slightly. He looks up at Zhi and opens his mouth to speak but coughs up a mouth full of blood.
Zhi turns to the last man and before the man can do anything Zhi moves towards the man in a blur. The man's head is twisted around to face his back a moment later. His eyes blink a few times before his body drops to the ground dead. Zhi turns around and watches the chaos of fighting around him. After about five minutes the first person tries to actually run out of the room. Zhi is on the man in a moment.
Zhi appears to the side of the man and kicks out one of his knees. As the man falls to the floor screaming in pain, Zhi does a Qi infused stomp to the man's head and he goes quiet. He looks around the room and then yells, “THE NEXT PERSON WHO TRIES TO RUN AWAY WILL NOT HAVE A QUICK DEATH!”
Most people were too busy fighting to pay attention to Zhi’s words, but the few who were on the outskirts of the fighting did as they were the most likely to run. It takes almost the full hour time limit, but everyone who was on the right side of the room is now dead and about half the other people are also dead. A few are wounded, and a few might still die if they are not treated properly soon.
Zhi looks over at the remaining people and says, “Good job everyone, you get to live. I want some of you to help the heavily wounded to a doctor. Get them treated and then come back. Those of you lightly wounded can get yourself fixed up also. The rest of you I want this place cleaned up. Take a rest for a while, but then I want the bodies out of here and the blood cleaned up. Also take any valuables from the bodies.”
Zhi looks over at the remaining people with a glare and says, “I can track all of you, so don’t even think about running away. If you do, you will end up wishing you were one of the dead bodies in this room. I will be in the throne room, one of you will get me when my orders are done. Is that understood?”
Everyone in the room still alive responded with, “Yes sir!”
“Good, now get to work!”
Zhi walks out of the room and back into Mo Pengfei’s throne room. He walks into a side area of the throne room and comes back out a moment later carrying Mo Pengfei hogged tied up in his underwear. He sets the man in front of the throne and then sits down and places his feet on top of Mo Pengfei to use as a footstool.
