so i want to give a bit of explanation about the phobia names.
it will be explained in depth later on but i want to share some information spread in previous chapters

I decided to use phobias because of the existence of the owls, humanity at that age was impressionable meaning that the military force has to use trauma and shock to force the soldiers bypass the fear against the owls as a side effect they pick phobia names.
Goliah A.I name is Tonitrophobia that means fear of thunder, in earlier chapters it wasn’t mentioned but it is shown in combat the reason behind the name. If you want to find it, it happened at chapter 2 when Leo received a transmission about 4 owls going to his location.
While Topophobia is the fear of a location; i took it as a fear to never find a place to call home.
another thing to keep in mind is the fight against Agnis, indeed goliah fought to a stalemate against him but he lost a lot of energy in just after some seconds of battle so it doesn’t mean that Agnis is weak at all, he forced Leo to use a black hole weaponry something used to turn the table at the cost of the life of the pilot; as it was explained the experimental super heavy weapon can only be activated on God mode, which it has high risk for the pilot. If Lapiz had more time she could have complete it and set it to be activated on warrior mode. But some things can’t happen.
And finally why colonization and not invasion? What Leo and goliah did was pretty much invasion on a foreign country, they took one of the most important mine of the empire and suck it dry.
Indeed if it is only against the rainbow empire it is invasion, but the conglomerate has a black history in doing things this way, the zair race, they rebelled against the invaders of their world, and blow up one of the conglomerate's colonies and finally end up been absorbed by the owl.
Ignoring the end of the zair race, which wasn’t confirmed until Leo's last mission, the conglomerate decided to be more merciful with possible new races to reduce that kind of losses and possibly adding this new races to their side against the owls, because at the end of the day the owl is the enemy of all, or at least the conglomerate thought that way.
They implement the directives to share knowledge, food, safety and more asking for a place for them and buy the sources of the aboriginals but they didn’t met new races until now.
