Jessica Wright lives in a miserable, freezing village cut off from the rest of the world where everyone is paranoid about a pack of technicolor wolves who live in the forest. One night Jessica wakes up as a werewolf and runs away search of a magic fruit said to give those who eat it the power of shapeshifting which would effectively cure her condition. Sounds simple, right?  Turns out a bunch of weirdos from a world of speed, mayhem and violence have been murdering each other over it for years. It doesn't take long until Jessica Wright learns the world around her is way bigger and crazier than she could have ever imagined....
