I cant believe Jiraiya showed up to my birthday.He was my favorite character in the whole entire series next to itachi.Since i was born i have been practicing my taijutsu, shurikenjutsu, and my kunai throwing skills.To one day be able to take on jiriaya before he dies to pain.My party has been going pretty well.Its almost time to open the presents.

Twin Lightning beast: User sends lightning hounds at opponent. The hounds tracks the opponent and strikes them down with lightning.This jutsu never misses.
Chain Lightning: User Sends a bolt of lightning to opponent.The lightning targets the opponents water in there body.Can hit more than one opponent at a time.
Spinning Lightning Shot: User Brings forth a compressed lightning ball that shoots lighting at the opponent in a drill like qualitie.Allowing the shot to pierce the enemie and disable his movement for a couple of seconds.

Earth Dragon God Blast: In this more advanced jutsu, the user slaps their open palm into the ground and it begins to shake. A large, bronze dragon head peaks out of the ground and roars to reveal its lengthy stone body. Then it dives back under, traveling to the opponent through the ground. When it finally reaches the opponent it shoots up in full dragon form and smashes into them with an enormous force, exploding on contact. The explosion causes the dragon's bronze body to move outward with immense force.

Rock Clone Technique :A clone is actually created out of rock, not just dirt and other pieces of earth. This clone is faster and stronger than a simple earth clone. The bunshin can have the exact Physical stats of the user. The bunshin can use 1 Doton jutsu.
Volcanic Dragon Blast: Creating the same bronze dragon head from the ground, but a lot larger than before, this jutsu however summons up lava from within the planet's centre, and blasts it towards the target.

True Hydra Technique: An extremely powerful technique, used only by the most powerful of Leaf-nins, it has been known to destroy entire landscapes in one fell swoop. By somewhat summoning a large, fiery monstrosity in front of them: a Fire Dragon with three heads, the user is able to fire three Katons equal in strength to the Karyuu Endan at three different targets, or all at one.
Fire Transport Technique: In a haze of flame the user travels from place to place, quite literally leaving disaster in their wake. Much unlike the varying techniques that most other villages boast, this one not only carries the user from one area to another in an elemental, almost ethereal form, but causes a great deal of devastation as well. Performing the necessary seals, the user suddenly becomes the literal form of fire and moves in that form. Also unlike it’s other counterparts, this technique is very much offensive in that the entire area around an opponent can be set ablaze as well and keep them from escaping.
Fire Whirlwind:Fire erupts around the user's body in a spiralling manner which is then launched with his hands towards the target. Once the technique hits the target, the opponent is sent into the air in a spiraling manner and their body burns into ashes.

Twin Dragon Blizzard:After performing the needed handsigns, the user will thrust their arms outward, gathering ice and water to their palms. In the same motion, the user will send out a twisting torrent of liquid black ice, whose rotation results in the front of the blizzard to take on the appearance of a dragon's head, from both hands. Rather than simply attempting to ram their target, these dragons will converge on a single point, using one another's momentum to combine and form a large black ice tornado. Aside obvious impact and wind damage, the sheer cold force is enough to freeze bodies of water, and coat enemies in frost.
Protective ice Dome:The user will stretch both arms forward, their palms open, and force water and wind to meld into a medium sized dome of durable ice around himself and his allies. The ice formed this way is extremely strong, and even constant barrage by explosive tags is proven useless. It should be noted that the user must hold both arms out in order to maintain the technique.
Ice Control:The user channels chakra around his body enabling him to bend the ice element.
