It all starts on prom night. After her boyfriend, Alex, excuses himself to use the men’s room, she goes outside for some fresh air. She’s admiring the beautiful view of mountains behind the lodge which was rented for prom. She’s always hoped to get married to Alex in front of mountains like that. She starts to turn to go back inside, when she’s shocked to see her boyfriend, having sex with another girl behind the school. She feels like her heart breaks into a million pieces. And she thought that he loved her.

Her boyfriend suddenly sees her, and runs over, still naked and says, “it’s not what it looks like.”

She justs runs away into a nearby park and cries, asking the universe for help. Anything to make the pain go away.

She doesn’t expect anyone to answer, but a small fairy with dark curly hair and a blue knee-length glowing dress appears.

“What is it you want help with child?”

“I want to the pain to go away. I just saw my boyfriend have sex with another girl and I can hardly breathe now. I think I might faint.”

“Yes, I agree.” Instantly, Lyla feels all the sadness from what happened disappear. If feel amazing. She’s light and free now.

A small scroll appears in the fairy’s hand. “I need you to ask four guys each a different question from this list on your first date with them. You get to choose which question to ask ask which guy, but it has to be a different question for each guy.” She gives the scroll to Lyla. “The questions are written here.”

Lyla looks at the list and is surprised to see several different ways to inquire about a guy’s size. “What?! Why would you want me to ask these?”

“Being a fairy can be so boring,” the fairy yawns. “Being the daughter of the Scorpio Fairy and the Gemini Fairy makes me the fairy of sex and gossip, and it gets so dull sometimes.”

“But-“

“I’ll provide the dates. All you need to do is show up and ask sometime during the date before midnight.”

“What happens if I don’t ask before midnight?”

“Then the spell with force you to ask it at midnight.”
