A fairy tricks a teenage girl into a magical deal in which she needs to ask seven guys about their size while on dates with them. She doesn't get to complete the deal, though, before she wakes up in the Land of Angels and discovers that one of guys with whom she had just been a date is actually an angel, while another of the guys is actually a demon. She also discovers that she's a witch, and that she only appeared to be a normal human because her powers had been cloaked for her protection. Unfortunately, though, an incident on one of her dates has made her power known and it's not safe to return to Earth until she's mastered her powers enough to protect herself from the demons who would now hunt her on earth if she returned. In the Land of Angels, Lyla finds herself caught in a love triangle with the Angel of Emotions and the Angel of Sex.
