Today started out as normal as any other Wednesday. I woke up early for work, had coffee and breakfast while watching the local news. I had an uneventful drive from my apartment just outside of Atlanta to my office downtown. I went about my day in my cubicle as I would any other day. Only one thing of note happening before lunch, I got to see two supers fly by my office. They moved far too fast to make out any details. However, that was pretty normal around the city. For some reason, flying is the most common secondary ability among supers.

Moving on with my day, I took a lunch break and had a nice tuna sandwich. I returned to work after finishing my meal, taking less than 15 minutes for lunch. 45 minutes later I begin to feel drowsy. I knew I shouldn’t have stayed up those extra 30 minutes.

I drift off into a dreamless slumber.
