Abby was walking to Nate's store but the underneath kingdom seems more quiet then usual then she gets attacked and awakens from her slumber to knocking.

Nate: Hey Abby, I've returned and my dad told me to train you!

Abby quickly gets up and gets dressed and opens the door to train.

Abby: When did you return?

Nate: Early this morning I went to my dad to comfort him a little.

Abby: is he alright!? Also what's that..?

She points at the book Nate was holding it reads "the reality"

Nate: It's just a book.

Abby: about?

Nate: Stuff...Anyways we're going to train so stop getting distracted.

Abby: Can I read it when you're done with it?

Nate: I guess.

Abby: What is it about?

Nate: You'll have to read it to find out.

Abby; aw come on can't you just tell me what is it like someone's past or something?

This book was actually graces diary yet Nate found it on a bench.

Nate: Maybe but like I said you'd have to read it to find out. I'm not going to spoil it any.

Abby: May I ask if there are copies of it?

He shrugs unsure if there was or wasn't.

Abby pouts wanting to read and not liking taking no from Nate but agrees. They head out but on the walk they see someone.

Abby: who is she?

The woman is walking confused and scared but she turns around sees Abby looking at her and her holding a book called "the endless war against the dark."

Nate: I don't know her...Hey! You alright ma'am?

She walks up to Nate scared.

Mackenzie: h-how am I here? I was running from a building...escaping...

She can't process what happened before arriving here.

Mackenzie: d-do you work for her!?

Nate: Calm down, miss...work for who?

Mackenzie: t-the eye witch..

Nate shakes his head.

Nate: I don't work for her and she isn't able to get down here...or at least as far as I've seen she isn't.

Mackenzie:s-so I'm safe? C-can we save the others?

Nate: ....I'll look into it but for now let's focus on you.

Mackenzie: I-focus how..!!?

Nate: You seem to be in a panic so let's get you calmed down and taken care of...food, drink, sleep...you know the normal things people need to survive?

Mackenzie: o-ok...

Nate: Great! Well to start with...Welcome to the underneath kingdom! A place of safety and friendliness! You were probably rescued by the tubes that lead to this place. They don't usually kidnap evil people so you should be safe here from this Eye Witch person. This way, you'll find restaurants and shops which will be our first stop. Then I'll show you the way to your new home so you can get some sleep.

He's leading the way while talking.

Mackenzie: a-and is there like a government in charge of this place or someone?

Nate thinks for a second.

Nate: Not really. I mean there is dad in a way.

Mackenzie: Is he important down here?

Grace: he's actually the uh king of this place but also my name is grace.

She is a bit more calm.

Nate: Grace! Your late! I had to give your speech for you."

He's teasing her a bit.

Grace: I'm sorry I was looking for Neva but that's ok!

Mackenzie: who?

Grace: my daughter!

Nate: You have a daughter?

Grace: yeah I have one she was also turned into a hologram...which upsets me.

Mackenzie: I'm sorry to hear that...

Nate: Sorry...but at least you don't have to watch her die one day

He tries to console her.

Grace smiles and looks back at Mackenzie.

Grace: where are you from and what's your name?

Mackenzie: My name is Mackenzie.

Nate: She comes from VOTLS.

Grace: ah well your safe here Mackenzie.

Mackenzie: t-thank you..

Grace: of course.

Mackenzie accidentally scared turned into a illusion of Abby's brother.

Abby: whoa where did she go?

Nate: Interesting...I think she can do illusions? Maybe teleporting?

Mackenzie then removes the vision.

Mackenzie: I-it's a illusion.

Abby: that's so cool!

Nate thinks: A vision? Like my visions? But then how does she get them to be visible to others? Maybe a different kind of vision?

Mackenzie: it's an illusion that's my power but I can only do what people want to see that's it so for Abby it could be her brother but for others I'm someone else.

Grace: weird..

Nate: I find it interesting actually...ok do what I want to see!

He's thinking of Lost who he's only seen through a window and his visions.

Mackenzie to Nate seems as lost and sounds like him.

Lost: thinking dirty Nate~?

Nate goes beat red and seems to have become incapable of speaking.

Abby sees her as her brother Alex.

Mackenzie: you miss him don't you?

Abby nods but she stops using her abilty.

Abby: that's really strong. You look like them, sound like them as well. Do you hear or see what we're thinking when you're seen as others see you as with your illusion abilty being used?

Mackenzie: yes actually yes I do.

Grace: hm I wonder if that is strong against crisp.

Nate is still unable to speak and bright red.

Grace: so you hear our thoughts when we look at you while your illusion abilty is active?

Mackenzie: yes basically I can hear and see your thoughts by whatever you see me as when my ability is active.

Nate shakes his head violently

Nate: S-So you hear what we want to see and hear from our thoughts and then take on that vision to appear to us in that way?

Mackenzie: no whatever you see me as when my ability active I can see and hear your thoughts even dirty ones~.

Nate turns red again.

Grace: is it that guy fighting in that war Nate~ I've seen you so focused on the war but only when he's on the tv~.

The woman laugh and Mackenzie feels at home.

Nate goes redder.

Nate: N-No...m-maybe...n-no.....s-shut up Grace.

He looks away in embarrassment.

Grace and the others laugh teasing him.

Nate: You woman are mean to me.

They all say "no we're not!"

Nate: You are! Your actively trying to embarrass me.

Grace: anyways I'll lead you Mackenzie to your room.

Mackenzie: m-my room?

Grace: yes we all have rooms here for everyone across realms!

Mackenzie is intrested to learn more and goes with grace.

Abby: so Nate can we trust her?

She asks when Mackenzie left.

Nate shrugs.

Nate: Who can say for sure but I doubt the tubes would kidnap a bad person.

Abby: good point.

A bit later crisp came down and saw some information on Mackenzie since he had access to the information on everyone and went to talk to Nate and Abby.

Crisp: So she has an ability that Jackie has. her parents were in a hurry to leave Anchor Harbor and left her behind more I read I think they left maybe due to the fact of the eye witch and later on the eye witch took Mackenzie and something interesting she was born the same day as Jackie.

Nate: That last part doesn't seem as interesting as the rest of the information you just gave...good to know for birthday party planning and stuff but compared to the rest of the information, not that interesting.

Abby: Poor Mack...

Crisp: What else is interesting is that she's 18 now but she had all that time to escape. It says here she had it planned when she was younger but never did i wonder why..

Nate: Maybe she wanted to make sure she could escape rather than attempt it and fail?

Crisp: that would make a lot of sense and damn Abby your smart Mack is a nickname she goes by!

Abby flushes at the sudden praise.

Abby: I just shortened her name.

Nate smiles at this.

Nate: Hey, it was smart and even if she didn't go by that nickname to begin with, it's cute.

Crisp looks at Nate smiling.

Crisp: why are you so happy?

He says with a smile on his face seeing his son happy.

Nate: I'm happy because this is a peaceful moment.

Crisp: with everything going on that makes sense...

Jackie then walks by but glances crisp and there eyes glow switching but not really instead Jackie saw memories of crisps and didn't switch abilities.

Crisp: w-what just happened..did you try to power switch?

Jack: No? I'm still learning how to control my ability so I might have accidentally used it.

He's touching his head since the memories give him a small headache.

Crisp: what did you get instead of my ability?

Crisp says, shaking his head so he's fine.

Jack: Nothing just...seeing things.

Crisp: oh alright I have to get going uh Abby we'll train another time I'm sorry..

He leaves and his sword floats behind him and writes on the ground "tell Molly I say hi and that it's me Colly!"

The sword wrote that message in front of Nate.

Nate doesn't respond to the sword's message but gives a tiny nod.

Abby then looks at Nate.

Abby: Are we still going to train?

Nate: Yes. Come on, let's go train.

They go ahead, go into the training dome and clash and end up in a tie and they both laugh.

Abby: So who's Colly?

Nate: Dad's sword?

Abby: but if that's Colly why was the message for Molly? Who is Colly to her? And who's Molly??

Nate: Their people I know. Why do you want to know who they are?

Abby: just curious!

Nate: Their just people I know. Their sisters.

Abby: Do they live around here?

Nate shakes his head.

Nate: Not really...Colly lives in dad's sword and Molly lives somewhere else...come on. I'm sure you don't want to stand around asking questions relentlessly instead of getting something to eat, right?

Abby nods although she'd like to know more but she has a feeling that Nate is unwilling to share anything more about the two ladies.

That night, Nate is enveloped inside a vision of Lost. He's been having more and more visions about the man lately including some involving the wars and some he's certain are just his own dreams. This one has him watching him inside a room. Nate is certain that the room is inside the castle of the Kindness kingdom.

Nate: Why are the visions showing me you so much?

He asks no one since this is just a vision and not "real". He sighs unsure of what is going to happen next but when Lost starts to undress, he's certain it's going to get hot. Unfortunately before he could finish, Nate is awoken harshly as Alaric jumps ontop of his stomach.

Nate: Alaric!

Alaric: Wake up big brother! Your late to opening your store.

Nate checks the time and throws off his covers as he rushes to get ready.

Once he's at the store, Abby enters to shop or talk to him.

Abby: Hello...Could you help me find something to get someone's attention?

Nate: Depends on whose attention you are after...let me guess...it's a certain family member of mine?

Abby: Maybe...would it be weird if I wanted to get your father's attention?

Nate: Not really. I mean he did technically whisk you off your feet to show you a whole wide world only to leave you alone a lot...it'd make sense that you'd wish to have his attention on you for a bit.

Abby: It's a bit embarrassing.

Nate: True...still I might have the outfit for you but you should know that my dad doesn't care about how someone looks. I, however, believe that clothes can give people the confidence to do what they otherwise were too afraid to do.

As they've been talking, he's been gathering clothes to assemble the perfect outfit that'll both accomplish what she's after and flatter her body.

A girl comes over to interrupt their conversation.

Girl: N-Nate! Will you go out with me?

She clearly used all of her confidence to ask him out and Nate flushes at the sudden question. She is pretty but Nate isn't interested.

Nate: I'm sorry...

Girl: Please! Just one date and then you can decide! Tomorrow at 8! You'll like me if you get to know me.

She leaves before Nate can refuse.

Abby: Seems someone has himself a date...what's wrong? Why do you look like your going to vomit?

Nate: I'm not into girls...

Abby laughs at his reaction finding it to be an over the top reaction.

Abby: It's only a date. You don't have to marry her or anything just from going on a single date with her.

Nate: I guess...

He later was able to inform her that he wasn't interested in dating her since he wasn't interested in woman. As he headed home he noticed a woman who seems lost. Her black hair paired with a blue dress and black shoes stood out to him.

Nate: Hello ma'am. I like your dress. It's very pretty and works well with your shoes.

She is surprised to hear someone complimenting her outfit and looks toward the voice.

Jay: Thank you?

Nate: Ah! Sorry...that was really sudden and I didn't even introduce myself first. My name is Nate, what's yours?

Jay: It's Jay nice to meet you.

Nate: Nice to meet you too Jay...are you new here? I don't remember ever seeing you before?

Jay: I guess so?

Jay walks forward and stops and slams her shotgun into the ground and it opens beneath her and she goes through to the deeper parts of the underneath kingdom.

Nate stands there amazed and wondering where she is going.

Nate thinks: She...thinks so? How can someone not know if their new to a place or not?

Grace: what you up to!

She says appearing behind him!

Nate jumps a little but quickly looks at her.

Nate: Do you know who Jay is?

Grace: oh she's a monster hunter from MA! But since Frank is there and got the job accepted to be the bartender he brought a new look to her eyes to be a better person and not hurt monsters!

Nate: Is she a bad person for hunting monsters if their hurting people? I mean their is always better ways to go about things but...that doesn't fully make someone bad either right? Or does dad count as a bad person too?

He's thinking it all over and can't find a correct answer to any of his questions.

Grace: no one's truly bad Nate if they can become a better version of themselves and be happier and kinder to those they hated they are trying to change and deserve another chance as for your fathers case I don't know he helps a lot of people yet...he hurts those who aren't able to be saved with no remorse..

Nate: But...how do you tell if someone needs to become better than themselves? What if someone is already the best they can be? Wouldn't trying to be better than what they can be just be detrimental to their mental and physical health?

Grace: let's put this on easy terms Nate if someone hurts others for no reason and say they want to become better people yet they keep hurting others badly enough? Did they really change?

Nate: And if they literally can't change for some unknown reason? How does one even change? How do they cause themselves to change? Something has to happen to make them actually want to change or that causes them to need to change...or is it something that is blocked by something until conditions are met?

Grace: then they could ask help or come here!

She points to the building of improvement on body and mind.

Nate: But what if they aren't allowed inside the underneath kingdom?

Nate thinks: Why does changing sound harder than simply staying the same...yet they say that the things most worth are those that are the hardest...maybe the fact that changing is hard makes the journey all the more worth the effort?

Grace: Nate if someone can't be a better person and keeps hurting others they we'll be stopped if not by a hero but someone else.

Nate: I know but...have you ever wondered what makes people become bad? And what if someone is a good person and still wishes to be even better? Does that mean if they can't become better than good someone will come along and kill them? And what about those who do bad things for good reasons like dad? Is someone going to come along one day and kill him? Does dad need to be a better person?

Grace: your father it's a strange case like I said but I'm sure whenever someone hurt someone to save someone they still feel regret except if it was darkness that guy deserves all death.

Nate: Does he...or is that just you being a bad person and not willing to give someone a second chance?

He smirks at her.

Nate: Sounds like someone needs to become a better person~ Sorry...couldn't resist but still lots of things to ponder and wonder about without any real answers.

Grace: also where did Jay go?

Nate: I'm...not sure? I'm amazed you don't know, given your hologram with access to almost everywhere in this place and I'm just the guy with a love of learning and vision powers...if you don't know I doubt I'd know. She got swallowed up by the ground so maybe...lower?

Grace: oh I know just wondering if your power is accurate uh she went to the lower levels of the underneath kingdom it brings you to other alternative realities of realms!

Nate: I wasn't even using my power...

He eyes her a bit before shaking his head.

Nate: I didn't really care to find out where she had gone to begin with...I'm not her babysitter and as long as this place has given her access than I don't have anything to worry about, right?

Grace:we'll Nate we are also trying something n-

Jay comes out the ground and holding a book.

Jay: I brought this book back from the deeper areas of this place.

Grace looks at it and it glows.

Grace: what...

As she was about to open it the book flies away and into the building zone of the underneath kingdom.

Grace: oh no...

Nate: Why do I get a bad feeling about this?

He looks at the place the book had vanished to with a worried look and nervously shifts his weight.

Grace: someone needs to go there...there's not light down there but since it's being built to new realms being created.

Nate: I'll go. Dad's not here and I want to know what's going on and what that book was about.

Nate goes into the darkness of that zone what will he find.
