Ivan opened his Inventory and found a mysterious box there, without waiting long he immediately clicked on the box to open it.

“Not bad, the system did give me a quest so that I can get the items I need!” Ivan was satisfied with the wisdom of his system.

Ivan immediately took the rope he had just gotten from the Inventory and moved quickly to the direction where he had seen Shannon earlier.

“Shannon!” Ivan shouted back to Shannon.

Soon Shannon reappeared from the window on the third floor, smiling happily when she saw that her brother had managed to get a rope to help him down.

“I'm going to throw this rope, make sure to catch it!” Ivan tried to give Shannon directions.

“Okay! I got it!” Shannon nodded her head.

Ivan spun the rope in his hand for a few moments before finally throwing the rope with his strength.

The rope continued to slide upwards until it reached the place where Shannon was, fortunately Shannon was able to catch the rope properly.

Seeing that Shannon managed to get the rope Ivan breathed a sigh of relief, he was quite worried at the moment considering that Shannon was going down using the rope.

Ivan became even more worried when he didn't see Shannon appear, instead he now saw someone else going down there instead of his sister.

For some reason Ivan felt like something bad was going to happen. Ivan hoped the monster wasn't upstairs and endangering his sister's life.

“They're really coming, big brother!” Shannon turned pale as she saw several monsters stepping closer to the classroom she was currently in.

“Come down quickly!” Ivan's face hardened when he heard Shannon's words.

Just as Ivan said, Shannon quickly grabbed the rope and climbed down from the top floor.

Noises began to be heard from where Shannon had been, the monsters had arrived and were trying to locate Shannon.

They looked pretty smart because Ivan saw one of the monsters sticking its head out of the window Shannon had used earlier.

“Damn it!” Ivan cursed under his breath as he saw the monster grinning at the sight of Shannon who was descending using the rope.

Ivan immediately used his Wind Blade skill to attack the monster, fortunately what he did succeeded in repelling the monster.

Thanks to Ivan stalling for time Shannon was almost at the bottom, seeing that the monster would rise again he decided to jump.

Shannon managed to land on the ground with her body, she felt pain in her legs and hands after making the jump.

Seeing that, Ivan quickly moved to help Shannon.

“Which part hurts?” Ivan knew that making an emergency landing like that would definitely hurt the leg.

“I think I hurt my leg,” Shannon replied, wincing as she felt her leg hurt.

“Shannon, I'm sorry!” The female teacher looked at the injured Shannon guiltily.

“It's not your fault Miss Riley,” Shannon replied with a big smile.

Ivan thought about giving the potions he got earlier to Shannon, but he couldn't carelessly take out unusual items like potions in front of strangers.

As a result Ivan did not take out his potion and chose to carry Shannon, they had to return home now, continuing to be outside like this was not safe.

“We have to go back immediately, Shannon, it's not safe right now.” Ivan spoke seriously.

“Gosh, I'm not that great to help your teacher in the middle of a city full of monsters.” Ivan replied, rejecting Shannon's request.

“Thanks, I really appreciate your help,” Riley replied with a nod.

“Then we have to go.” Ivan carried Shannon away from the destroyed school neighborhood.

After she was far enough away, Shannon started talking to Ivan.

“Weren't you a bit cruel to my teacher? No wonder you haven't had a girlfriend until now,” Shannon said while shaking her head in disbelief at Ivan.

Ivan also flicked Shannon's forehead quite hard, “We could die if we go any further than this,” Ivan replied briefly.

Shannon just shrugged her shoulders indifferently and didn't think about what her brother said. One thing that Shannon didn't know, she didn't expect that the situation in the city center was really chaotic at the moment.

When they walked back to the apartment, Shannon knew that her brother's words were not exaggerated, they could die if they continued to wander the streets.
