Introduction for the Storyline

The Story takes place in a land called Exliciour, where the people are called “Exlicers” and the language “Exlicar”, a language that resembles English, but they can’t pronounce QU-e, so they say Ku-e instead.

The money there is split to pixers, zixers, and gixers, and they all look a lot like ordinary playing cards. Pixers are silver cards with a simple golden coin painted on both sides of each card, and it worth roughly around 5$, Zixers are golden cards with a gold bar painted on both sides of each card, and it worth roughly around 100$, and Gixers are shiny purple cards with a diamond painted on both sides of each card, and it worth roughly around 1000$, making it the most expensive money in Exliciour.

Their months are different as well: They have 100 days at the first month, then they have a month with 25 days only for vacation, and then 24 days for the rest of the months, a total of 365 days per year. In the last month, they have a 2 weeks’ vacation, which they call “summer vacation” before the next year begins.

Their culture is similar to most Asian countries, they still have social classes, which are separated into six main classes. Here’s the list from the lowest class to the highest class:

The Low Profession class mostly work at jobs that are more physical and they tend to resemble hard labour, such as farming, working on construction, tailoring, shoemaking and others. It counts as the same as a peasant class.

The High Profession class mostly work at works that require more thinking skills than physical abilities alone, such as banking, calculating, working at a business office and trading merchandise. It counts the same as a bourgeoisie class.

The Weaponry Profession class are made out of Exlicers who has invented or produced valuable weapons for military or working purposes and helped out the other lower professions. It counts the same as a bourgeoisie class, just a little bit closer to the nobles.

The Elemental Title Class are families whose family members mastered one single element and are the best at bending it. It counts the same as a noble class.

The Name Title Class are specific Exlicers who has far exceeded anyone’s expectation, bringing pride to their family and naming the family name after their own. It counts the same as a royal class.

Stolen from its rightful author, this tale is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.

The Final and most powerful class, the Legend Title Class, are the three rulers of Exliciour, made of the descendants of those who made the land to what it is now, and they are at the same class as the king.

The classes are divided and chosen according to two things: Workplace and magic powers. The magic in Exliciour is different than usual magic. First of all, it separates to two simple groups: Elemental Magic Bending, and Mental Magic Bending, and they separate to 10 main magic groups:

In the Elemental bending group, there are fire, ice, air, earth, water, electricity, nature, poison, mist, and light bending magic.

In the Mental bending group, there are mind, heart, nerves, lungs, memories, emotions, reality, illusion, pain, and life bending magic.

There are also, as mentioned before, several “honorifics” which were taken from Asian cultures, only are much stricter in Exliciour. There are honorifics for strangers and different for family members. They are split to three grades: In families, younger, older, and same age, (though not accurate, the age-gap within the family can be up to two years to count as same age).

There are rules to the honorifics that are different between family members and strangers. They will be listed down below:

Amongst family:

Parent and child- The children address their parents as either “father/mother” with their personal names if they wish, or as “elder” when they get mad at them. The parents address their child the way they want to, usually call them by their given name, or add “young / youngling” to show ownership.

Amongst relatives- Amongst relatives, the children call them “respected” and then their name, but if the relative is over 60, they will call them “elder”. If an older relative addresses a child, they will address them as “young / youngling as well to show ownership.

Amongst the same age- They address each other as they find fit and usually won’t use disrespectful mannerism.

Outside the family (strangers):

The classes are split to the peasants (Low and High Profession classes), the smiths (weaponry profession), the nobles (Element and Name Title classes) and the rulers (the Legend Title classes). They will usually address each other by their profession and then their names, or sometimes the higher classes will mock the families of the lower classes, but that doesn’t affect the head of the household in any family, since the family heads have their own title, no matter from what class they are, which is “honourable head of the [family name]”.

Another way to defend the pride of the families was the creation of The Grand Unity (TGU), which serves as the Congress and is formed out of families who are either powerful in resources or magic, and they help the rulers make the best decisions for Exliciour.
