Meanwhile in the king's castle.

Ryu and his friends waited until all the soldiers were once again awake, and then they were taken to the carriage to head to the king's castle. On the other hand, Alexander was having a quiet calm with the king in the great hall when suddenly a very excited soldier came running in their direction.

- "Your majesty, 2 of the carriages that bring the heroes have arrived, 1 brings a young man and the other one a young lady" Said the soldier while bowing in front of the king.

- "I see. Alexander, what do you say if we go to greet the other heroes?" the king asked with a wide smile, Alexander only nodded his head and then both headed to greet the heroes.

After walking for a little, both got to the entry of the castle and from there they saw the 2 carriages in which some of Alexander classmates were in.

- "Lady heroine, it's safe to get out of the carriage now, we have arrived at the king's castle" indicated a soldier as polite as possible to the girl inside the carriage.

- "We have arrived at the castle, Sir hero" another soldier indicated in the other carriage.

- "Finally! This thing was really slow, fuuu... I feel my body aching" the girl that just got to the castle was Trish. Her presence was a surprise to Alexander, yet, his expression remained as neutral as possible,

- "Oh! Welcome Miss heroine, it is my utmost pleasure to finally meet you and having you here in my humble castle" the king received Trish with a wide smile and excitement in his voice.

- "Huh? Hmm... it's a pleasure to meet you Sir" Trish was rather nervous at the sight of the king, and she even slightly bowed in front of him, to the amusement of the king.

- "and... Alexander? I can't believe you are here..." said Trish with a serious look at the sight of her classmate.

- "I'm even more surprised by your presence than you can imagine, however, if you are here, then... maybe someone else also made it too..." Alexander started with a very serious expression slightly confusing Trish.

While they were talking, although he took some time to get down from the carriage, his presence brought a little smile to Alexander's face, after all, the next hero was non-other than his loyal friend and right hand, Markus.

The behavior of the king got the attention of Trish and Markus, on his part, Alexander was already aware what the kid was talking about, he was already explained about the lights and their meaning, so he had an idea what it meant that one of the lights would die out.

- "let's go too, you 2 need to listen to this" he stated in a serious tone before walking to the fountain, Markus followed Alexander despite his confusion while Trish reluctantly followed as well.

The moment the group reached the courtyard with the fountain, they noticed the king just in front of the fountain looking at it with a serious expression. Alexander walked to the side of the king, while Markus and Trish got beside Alexander to look inside the fountain, to their surprise, the water of the fountain was showing them what seemed to be a world, and several lights moving in that world.

- "Wow!... what is this?" Trish asked while almost lost looking at the fountain.

- "This... this fountain, it can show us the location of the world heroes, the ones who were summoned to this world... each light, it represents each one of the 10 heroes" the king stated without looking away from the fountain.

- "I... I don't really understand what you mean by that…" replied the girl clearly confused by the answer.

- "every light represents a person from our world that was summoned to this world, look right here... can you see this castle with 3 lights? Those lights represent us, 3 heroes" Alexander answered as calm as possible.

- "Hmm... I see I think I got it now. Eh?... hey! didn't the King say there were 10 heroes? But... there are only 9 lights shining in this fountain...".

- "... that's right, 10 heroes are the ones summoned..." this time the tone of the king was kind of dark, yet he seemed to be trying to keep it together, he turned around and started to walk back to the inside of the castle, slowly, closely followed by his son and the soldiers.

Trish was confused by the words of the king and his attitude, it was a complete change of how he was when he received them, decided to understand what was happening, she tried having a closer look at the fountain. After a few seconds, Markus finally reacts, he makes a low sound of surprised and his expression completely changes, to one a little darker, seeing his reaction and giving a last look to the fountain is how she finally gets what happened.

- "It can't be... so, that means... someone from our world has died?" Trish stated in a low and fearful tone, her body was starting to tremble, and she only could look at Alexander for confirmation.

- "that's right, although I'm honestly not surprised, I don't know who was the student or its capabilities, however, the location was itself dangerous, the light that just extinguished was located at the farthest side of us, close to the border between this country and the neighbor country, that border is infested by monsters, demons, and all kinds of creatures" those were the words of Alexander before heading to the inside of the castle, as always being followed by Markus, and leaving Trish behind, just standing there seemingly lost just looking at the fountain.
