Early in the morning Inside King's Domain ,Palace Of The Sun

"The King doesn't want to meet anyone right now "

That word shocked Magellan ,he can't believe in this time the king decided to locked himself from the world when the enemy already executing their plan ,who knows when will they attack this kingdom and when that happened ,will the soldier capable of handling the consequence of their king's negligence ? Unbeliavable .

Magellan rolled up his sleeve and walk toward the king steward intimidatingly ,

"Get Out of My way ! I request an audience with The King ! And None shall get in the way ! "

The steward only rolled his eyes and sighs "Lord Magellan ,please know your place ,you're just a mere his subject, your order mean nothing "

Those word is just like an oil poured over a raging fire for Magellan,He can't believe it that word will be uttered by such a simple servant dares to speak like that to him when he was the king's most trusted advisor for about ten years before he founded the Ouroboros.

Magellan is so upset with this situasion and decided to shove the steward and enter the king's chamber forcefully ,however the guard manages to stop him before he opened the door .

"Lord Magellan ,i warn you if you keep forcing yourself to meet the king i will have to take you out " Steward warn magellan while trying to stand up .the already slumped Magellan can't do anything because the guard holds him down from head to his toe .When Magellan already feel giving up ,he hears a distance footstep coming from far behind him .Whoever was walking down the hallway already very close to their position.

That footstep sound come from an old man wearing a black cloak . that man is holding a wooden staf with crystall ball a top of it .

"Let that man go, " He ordered the guard ,the guard looks up searching for the one who just giving them orders ,and get shocked after realizing that it was that man who give them order.

It was a man with long grey hair wearing a black cloak with grey cloud motive and golden lining on it ,he holds a big wooden staff with purple crystall orb a top of it ,he approaches the guard who is busy holding Magellan down on the floor .

"Let that man go ... " He repeated with soft voice but with very cold monotonous tone ,that word brings chill to the guards and steward's spine causing them to a bit shaken and almost losing their body balance ,especially the steward who almost falls down. The guards decided to let Magellan go and trying to help him stands up only to get their hand bruished aside by magellan .

"Why you dares to holds him down on the floor like some fugitive ? Don't you know that he is a noble ?" The Man asked

"He insisted to enter the king's chamber when His Majesty already prohibited anyone to enter his chamber " The steward answer nervously ,he feel intimidated by that man presence alone after all who wouldn't ? who wouldn't fear for his life if they are in his situation right now ? He stood before the strongest magician in the whole kingdom ,if that man really want it he could kill the steward in that place right now and no one will dare to sue him ,even the generals will not dare to arrest that man ,hence this man received the title as 'archmage'.

"Did His Majesty giving you all such order ?" The man asked curiosly

The Guards and the steward nod quickly and only look at each other in the eyes .

"Very well ,tell His Majesty it is i with this gentleman who want to talk to him " He laughs confidently

Magellan can finally breath with ease ,he didn't come to this place for nothing after all .

The steward then proceeds to knock to the king's chamber door and asked permission to enter the king's chamber. The steward then enters the room for a brief moment and comes out a moment later informing both the archmage and Magellan may enter the king's chamber .

Both Magellan and The Archmage proceed to enter the king's chamber .

Inside the chamber a man is seen writing some letters at his working table using his sleeping garment,he is the king Alexander himself who has a dark brown skin and curly white hair contrast to his skin ,his eyes have a deep blue pupil ,his mustache and beard are quite thin and had white colour on it . he is looked very tired must because many things he had to handle that forces him even brought many documents to his chamber .The king glances at both of them and then continues to write at his working table .

" I thought i already told the servants to stop anyone who want to enter this chamber "

Only the archmage dares to speak

"How strange,for a great king to ignore the world when his people are in mid of panic "

The king smiled hearing that answer and turn his back starts sitting down facing both of them

" Is that so ? Would you mind reminding me why i hadn't order both of you to be executed yet ?"

The archmage and the king look at each other for a while and starts to laugh so loud it surprises Magellan .

"So tell me ,what makes both of you forcing yourself to disturbs my only time to find inner peace ?" The king asked seriously .Magellan looks at the archmage only to find that the archmage gives him a gesture to finish his business with the king first .

"Your Majesty,it's regarding the late incidents that happened all over the world " Magellan explained " I believe those incidents are somehow related to the black sun ,regardless they are involved directly or not "

"Again with such a talk ? Lord Magellan you're not the first one to talk about that .." ,The King sighs and glances at the archmage, "and clearly not the last "

"But Your Majesty i think it's serious matter and i already sent an intel to.. " Before Magellan finished the king raise his hand instructing Magellan to stop talking

" I know your intention Lord Magellan,however i can't give a decree to order my knight and soldier to guard the capital city suddenly for such a baseless rumor "

"Sure ,Your Majesty i believe that giving order to the knight for such a baseless rumor is reckless ",The archmage decided finally to speak up "However in this time of confusion i believe your order will reassure your subject that you got everything handled "

"And with much respect Your Majesty, i believe the rise of the black sun is not just a baseless rumor "Magellan continues to explain

The king responded to Magellan explanation with simple sentence yet so hurtful

"If the black sun truely exist right now ,is there any solid evidence to their existence ?"

Magellan can't say their assumption is based one reliable evidence ,even his trusted disciple only shows him the proof of the possibility of their existence ,after all the movement that was done with current the black sun is quite different compared to their movement back in the past when they blatantly announce their existence.However despite their difference ,only a certain individual within the kingdom who can find the similarity between their movement in the past and their current movement .

"Your Majesty it is true indeed we don't have any solid evidence of their existence right now "Magellan replied ," However i believe we better act fast to prepare for the worst that could happened to our kingdom "

The King smiles hearing that response, he felt satisfied knowing his most trusted comrade trully cares for his kingdom unlike his own offspring who only aim for his throne and hoping for him to die soon .

"Is that so ? Then what you suggest me to do ?"

Magellan and the archmage feel a relieve after knowing that their king is not completely ignore this latest incidents

The archmage decided to finally speaking up his true intention ,

"Your Majesty, For that reason i request an audience with you " The archmage continues" I believe it's better for us to protect our kingdom from possibility of magic attack therefore i request the permission to activate the magical barrier in our kingdom "

The king scratches his head and looking down and didn't say anything for a while,he is looked very unsure about giving that permission and that very normal ,activating the magical barrier means that nobody can travel from inside or outside the kingdom and could collapse their economy which mainly relied in trading and tourism .

Magellan and the archmage notice their king's worry and decided to comfort him

"Your Majesty,if deciding whether giving the permission to activate magical barier is too much perhaps consulting this matters to the council will help you decide?" The archmage continues "Besides i believe Lord Magellan already prepared for precaution act before "

The archmage nudge Magellan's shoulder

"Don't worry Your Majesty, i already told the Ouroboros to guard the magical research laboratory and their domain instantly after i received this information "

The King finally rose his head and looks at both of them with bright smile and widening eyes

" Very well, i will discuss this matters to the council ,in the meantime however i want both of you to stay sharp and prepare for a possible attack from our enemy "The King replied with bright smile " I will also give order to the holy knights to protect the capital city at least "

Both of Magellan and the archmage smile and feel satisfied with that response from the king ,they ask the king for the permission to go back to their domain and prepares whatever necessary for the upcoming threat .
