Book Two Release Date & Schedule:

Book Two - Discarded Betrayal will begin its release on December 7th, 2023. I am aware that's months from now but I want to build a large backlog and have chapters come out when the sites it's most active: winter break and New years. As of writing this, I am working on chapter two of book two and hope to have ten chapters done by the release date.

Book Two Genre & Setting:

The goal of book two is to bring in more progression elements that book one lacked. So more training scenes and more scenes where characters are using magic. I feel book one really lacked this to the point some readers might have felt misled by its labeling. I also plan to have Leila explore more of the world, so we'll be traveling a lot more and experiencing more settings.

Book Two Relationships:

As shown by the ending of book one, Ezekiel and Leila's relationship has been snuffed out before it truly started. Book two will focus on her rebuilding it while developing other relationships with new and old characters.

Book Two Length:

Book two should be as long as book one. Book one almost was longer, but I realized I wanted to do a time jump, and ending book one was the only feasible way that could happen.
