Hey guys,

It's been almost a month since I last dropped a chapter. I haven't dropped the novel, in fact, I was supposed to release two chapters this weekend with a note explaining why I haven't uploaded but with what has happened in the last few days, I just wasn't in the right state of mind to write.

I don't know if I mentioned that I've had undergone some important exams but a few days ago, we received the results. I did quite well, but in one of my subjects, I missed my target grade by one. Normally, this wouldn't matter much but the issue is, because I've missed that grade, I'm unable to apply to any universities for the course that I wish to do.

If you spot this tale on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation.

For the past few days, I've been distraught and in a state of panic, trying to work out what I'm going to do, and well, I've got nothing. I'm better now compared to how I was when I received the results, but I just can't focus on anything without suddenly remembering my current situation.

I don't know when I'll next upload a chapter, but when I do, I'm probably going to wrap up Book 1 as quickly as I can so that I can take a longer break and think things out.

I'm probably going to make a discord as well so that it's easier to update you guys on what's going on rather than leaving you in the dark.

That aside, I hope you guys have been enjoying the novel so far and continue to enjoy it once I start writing again.
