Taking place during the 'Dark Era' thousands of years ago, the story began with an endless number of vicious and bloodthirsty demons from another world descending upon their peaceful lands, desiring nothing but chaos and destruction!

In the face of this sudden and overwhelming invasion, all the magical races of Etheria mounted their best defenses they could, desperately struggling against the unending tide of demons. 

With the wondrous powers of magic fueling them, Etherian armies continuously rained down infernal judgment upon the vile intruders, repelling wave after wave of hungry, maddened demons – time and time again!

...Unfortunately, however, the otherworldly demons invading their world proved to be just too powerful and persistent, bloodthirsty yet cunning!

Under their relentless assault, the almighty powers of 'Magic' that their species had been relying on since ages ago crumbled apart helplessly, like a mere sandcastle caught in a stormy gust of wind.

And so they fought, fought, and then fought some more. The great war between the two worlds slowly turned long and arduous, marred with nothing but bitter losses and an uncountable number of sacrifices. 

However, as time passed, little by little, their allied army slowly reclaimed pieces of their world from the demons' grasp, forcing those vile demons to retreat back to their own world—

The Demon Realm!

After many, many years, the apocalyptic war between the worlds was finally over...

At last, they had won this bitter war!

However, those lethal dangers weren't the only thing they found in those desolate lands....

Numerous unconquered dungeons were also found littered across the entirety of the Demonic Realm, hiding unimaginable rewards within their depths for anyone strong enough to challenge and conquer them!

With these mysterious dungeons now under their control, the Etherian alliance slowly grew more and more powerful – and even bolder in their actions!

As the low-level dungeons at the desolate outskirts of the Demon Realm soon became insufficient for their insatiable hunger for more, they began slaughtering their way through increasingly powerful hordes of demons, greedily seeking the core of the Demonic territory!

Their battles quickly became more and more intense, and the sacrifices they had to make for it soon piled up into a massive hill of corpses. But despite the horror of it all, they never stopped believing – that in the end, every sacrifice they had made till now would be worth it!

Unfortunately, as their greed and hatred towards demons overwhelmed their rationality, they couldn't even sense the dangers lying ahead of them – until it was already too late...

So, as soon as their united alliance stepped into the inner territory of the Demon Realm – those 'beings' finally made their appearance. It was a group of insanely powerful individuals, capable of killing even Elder Dragons, the most powerful Magical Beast of Etheria, single-handedly 

– The Four Heavenly Kings!

Under the fearsome might of even a single Heavenly King, the entire Etherian alliance could only tremble in fear, unable to do anything but desperately retreat back to their world. The united army of their world's strongest warriors were reduced into mere playthings for the enraged demons, and the age-old war between the two worlds resumed once more. 

However, this time – the Four Heavenly Kings were leading the demons to war.

With such Transcendental powerhouses at their helm, the new army of higher-class demons easily overwhelmed their united alliance, pushing the now-helpless Etherians to the brink of complete annihilation!

However, just when it seemed like their light of hope would forever be lost in a pitch-black sea of despair... the ancient Goddess of Purity and Sunshine – Solana – finally decided to intervene in the matters of the mortal world!

Under her divine intervention, six brave Heroes were chosen from the mightiest warriors among their entire Etherian army. 

Wielding unimaginably powerful Divine Weapons bestowed by the Goddess, they formed six incredibly powerful assault units, teaming up with the remaining powerful figures of the Etherian alliance – forming the first-ever Hero parties of their world!

With the chosen Heroes leading them in battle, the Hero parties soon proved themselves to be powerful enough to fight back against the Heavenly Kings, finally showing the despairing Etherians a slight glimmer of hope!

Now, carrying this spark of hope in their hearts, the Etherians once again started fighting back against the demonic invasion with renewed vigor, slowly but surely changing the tides of war in their favor.

Even more miraculously, the Heroes' parties were gradually growing stronger with every battle they fought. With every formidable foe they defeated, their power continued to soar towards unimaginable heights!

As a result, the second war between their worlds didn't take as long as the first one to conclude.

After so many years of fighting a long and bitter war with the Heroes' help, the Etherian alliance finally managed to take back their world from the evil grasp of the demons once more.

However, little did they know – that the worst of them all was yet to show 'His' visage...

History repeated itself once again when the Heroes finally killed the last remaining Heavenly King, freeing their world from the long and bloody war — Only for the ultimate Evil to finally make 'His' presence known.

In front of 'His' transcendental might, even those immensely powerful Heavenly Kings seemed like little children.

In front of 'His' overpowering presence, even those vicious and bloodthirsty demons who never once cowered in front of any adversary – immediately trembled and prostrated themselves in complete submission.

After all...

'His' presence was that overwhelming.

'He' alone was the true Transcendental being! 

The Ultimate and Absolute ruler of all that was Demonic...!! 

THE KING OF ALL DEMONS!!!

Even with their powers that had grown tremendously after killing the Four Heavenly Kings, the mighty Hero parties still despaired upon his arrival.

After all, they already knew the moment they laid their eyes on him – that no matter what they did, no matter if they combined their powers, or even sacrificed their lives...

...it would never be enough to defeat this 'Demon King'!

They were helpless, the war they fought till now felt meaningless, and the divine grace of their Goddess was useless!

So as they watched the Demon King devastate their army with nothing but an indifferent wave of his hand, all of them collectively made a desperate decision!

In a final bout of selfless Heroism, all of the six Heroes sacrificed their very souls, gave up every bit of power that they had accumulated over their entire lives, and voiced their final plea to the ancient Goddess Solana!

With the Goddess' help, everything they ever had was sacrificed to perform a Divine Miracle – sealing away the terrifying Demon King in an eternal slumber. 

And in return for claiming their souls, the Divine Weapons they wielded were promised to appear as their legacies in Etheria, whenever the Divine Seal grew weaker over time, ensuring that these heroic legacies would continue to birth new Heroes during every era.

Heroes, who would later grow more powerful and journey into the Demon Realm to re-seal the Demon King once again, along with their chosen companions.

After all, since the Demon King of this world was immortal, the legend of the brave Heroes who faced him – also needed to be 'Eternal'!
