Whoa. That was totaly unexpected, this is so overwhelming. There is no reason to even think though. I had my answer the moment i heard word mother. All this short time we talked during deal and after it, i felt this strange closure between us. Yes i wanted escape when noticed her perversion rubing on me. But the moment i entered sphere and was snaped outside room, i felt stab in my hearth and loneliness. And now its like fate itself doesnt want us to separate.

"I will be in your care Mother"  I said my answer, never before so sure in my decision.

And i could finaly see her as i got closer with light sphere. In the midle of ruins of what was once square of nobles, surrounded by flaming buildings. Stands my mother Celina in the middle of it all. With robe parts dancing in the wind. And lightning jumping on body surface while occasionaly hitting to surroundings. Black hair dancing in the wind and blue, almost glowing, eyes are facing me. Pale skin reflects fire from surroundings.

'So beautiful.' I thought. 'Where she got these clothes ? And whats with this unnatural wind and lightning ? Is she posing ?' But i can feel this is all just for me. She was silent for so long. Standing here looking epic. Posing for her unborn child. Cant help from feeling warmth filling me. Finaly i reach her, she spreads her arms open and embrace me as i enter her stomach.

"Hello my little Nina." I could hear her voice once i entered baby body. It toke only few moments til i got a feeling 'its done'. During that split second, part of my essence traveled body hundreds of times and resonated within me before returning. I guess just now body of baby evolved or somthing. Not that there is much of it.

"Hello mother. Already got me a name ? What meaning has name Nina ?" I aksed after some time.

She said growth of this body accelerated by few months during alteration of her body. Humans pregnancy here last for seven and half month so I still need to stay here for five and half month then. Even chat with my mother by "The Call" will only delay me from going crazy. Hmm maybe im just overacting, blind people dont go crazy just because they cant see.

"Yes, there was no need to think a lot for a name. And its meaning is 'little girl' he he" Answered mother with girlish gigle at the end. its strange hearing my own previous voice talking to me.

"Of course ... what else could i expect. If you dont call me little girl, it will definatly be name that means - little girl. Mom i wanted to ask if you have any ideas how i can get my mind distracted ? its kind of dark down here and i have nothig to do."

"Well you can look at my memory of what i did while you was out during transformation of soul. I tried magic to be as showy as possible. But sadly thats just few hours of entertainement. Lets leave it for later, i will link senses of my body so you can see and hear as if you were me. We will do some traveling soon so it shouldnt be too boring. And can ask me to show you 'Record' of memories when we are stuck at some point with boring stuff like sitting in carriage. Oh and dont worry i wont search for husband while you are inside. Dont want you feel discomfort with foreign object invasions and shaking of your room he he he".

And even before she finished talking i started to 'see' and 'hear'. Uhh her pervert side still here its seems. Even after geting memory of my body.

"If we want to get somone saved we beter start moving. Oh but before that, want to say symbolic goodbye to your grandmother and uncle ? I found their bodies and got their ash scatered at the back of manor. Made some stautes as memento." 'Grandmother and uncle ? Ah .. thats right im daughter of Celina now. Cant call them as mother and brother anymore.'

"Yes i would like to" and just as i finished our body transformed into lightning, vision blured and we flew in ark to our manors back yards. That felt sureal, should stop gasp at every little surprise by now. And here before me stands two statues of my lost family. 'Im sad we wont meet again, but its just new start to us all. Fear not i will not be alone. And plan to live happily. In time guilty ones will pay full price for all our sorrow. Goodbye. I will miss you.' and after short farewell in mind i was ready. "Lets go Mother".

"Hold tigh then little Nina." Said mom and intensity of lightning started to pick up pace and soon we launched into sky again. 'Cant wait to be born again. Want to try flying like this on my own. I will be able to fly with lightning right ? I hope its not some "mother only" thing.' After some flying it was obvious that capital is lost. There were soldiers everywhere. Yes mother turned square near our manor into ruins, but thats just small part of city and just a tiny part of army was dealt with. After a bit lingering in the air, we launched to royal palace. Before i even realizen we crashed right trough the roof. Few pillars fell to the ground from force, caused by landing, and dust rised in the air.

/Squad leader POV

War is basicly over. King is dead. As is most of Royalty. All thats left is prince Tomas Goldmore, rest are just small fish. Reports say he havent left palace yet, but one cant be sure in war. There is also chance his body lies somwhere beyond recognition too.

"What the ..." I was interupted by loud crash behind our back. I turned around and saw pieces of pillars on ground and fog of dust. Then my sight wandered up and i saw hole in ceiling.

"Did some idiot at catapult decided its nice to burry us here ?" Somone asked what i was just thinking. 'No there is no time to get distracted. That Prince is the only head left worth anything. If we manage capture him alive then even beter. We cant let other Houses get their hands on him.'

"You two go check it, rest with me. We still have prince to find." I ordered men and then hesitated. I could feel all hair on my body rising. Just before i ordered few more men to investigate fog, there was flash of light accompanied by thundering bang. When i got my sight back, whole squad was lying on the ground with smoke rising from their charred bodies.

"Wha .." I stuttered. 'Just whats going on'. I looked around and flash at edge of my sight got my attention. Soon i saw it again. Sparks and small ligtning could be seen in the cloud of dust. Then i heard girl chuckle. And moment later i could recognize human figure in it. With lightning dancing on its surface, it steped out of cloud and i could recognize her as young woman.

"Hello there my dear enemy. Would you be so kind and tell me how many of you are in the Palace ?" She spoke with beautiful voice befiting her apperance, if you dont count that scary lightning crawling on her body.

"Who are you ?!" I shouted. Where she came from ? Is she a mage ? But i couldnt hear any incantation and never heard of magic that creates lightning. She killed 12 seasoned soldiers in a blink of an eye.

"Ah yes one should introduce first. I considered you dead so i thought why bother and forgot my maners. Sorry about that. I am Celina Darkmoon heir of Darkmoon House and beautiful mage to boot he he. Now with this out of the way .." She said and then with lightning on her body shining a bit harder appeared right in front of me and placed hand on my head ".. would you be so kind and answer my previous question ? Im a bit in a hurry."

I tried to attack, but my body wasnt responding. Every muscle was strained trying to do contradictory actions at the same time and keeping me paralyzed in the process.

"Go to Hell" i roared, since talking seemed the only thing my body was allowed.

"Sigh. Wrong answer. Could have saved yourself from some pain" She said and next moment unimaginable pain assasulted my head. My mind was set in to turmoil and random memories started to flash. They spined faster and faster until they reached events of today. Then pain stoped.

"Hmm quite a lot of them in search, prince must have used some secret passage and entrance must be enchanted from detection. But with so many in search its only mater of time before its found." After monolgue she toke metal orb in her hand and i recognized it as magic tool. Then she pointed her finger at it and lightning traveling on her body started to gather at hand. Soon lightning formed connection betwen finger and orb and was creating glowing marks on it. Is she making tool enhancements ? But thats immposible. How can she do it without any preparations and arrays ?

"Hey we heard ...wh ..what happened here ?" Shouted one of soldiers that just rushed in while four more followed him in and stoped at the entrance. And then i saw how one part of lightning traveling over mages foot launched trough all five of them, leaving charred bodies in its wake and deafening thunder. Mage keept working with magic tool and didnt even bothered to turn around to face soldiers, like their entrance and thunder didnt even happened. Then she stoped, smiled and lifted orb above her head. Soon ligtning started to gather at orb making it shine and air around vibrate, making humming sound. I wanted to step back only to be reminded by body that im still paralyzed. After a bit orb exploded releasing sphere of light expanding and traveling in all directions at fast pace, reaching horrizon in only few moments.

"There ... oh they almost outside ? Not bad, seems my help might be not even necessary. Still, beter to make sure. He might be a candidate for husband" Said mage and after making few steps stoped and turned to me.

"Oh right ... you were so silent that i almost forgot you. Beter luck in next life." She said then pointed her finger with lightning dancing at its tip. Last thing i saw in this world were her smile and almost glowing blue eyes.
