Sun is basicly one friging huge fireball. Its surface is hoter by fourten times than melting point of mithril. Impressive isnt, well but thats is just coldest point of your sun. Insides are at least six hundreds times hoter than that. Hmm but thats just becuause its blue. Other stars are usualy much colder than yours, though some still can be even hoter.
