The Crazy Adventures of Kevin Ethan Levin
CHAPTER TWO: BACK TO PRISON.

CHAPTER TWO: BACK TO PRISON.

Several automated guardians were alerted to the intrusion into the forbidden weapons facility, emitting a low humming sound as they zipped across the facility in search of the intruder. These automated guardians identified a heat signature in one of the rooms containing the most expensive and rarest kinds of weapons in the universe.

An automated guardian unlocked the door where the heat signature emanated, discovering what appeared to be a chimera alien displaying multiple mutations sprawled on the floor. The automaton secured the levitating orb in a see-through box, storing it inside a level five burglary-proof glass.

Regarding the intruder, the automated guardian swiftly scanned to identify the prisoner and transferred them to the lower levels of the prison where the most dangerous criminals were confined.

Meanwhile, Kevin struggled to stay alive as millions of pieces of information flooded his brain. He witnessed different worlds, timelines, and realities, some where he was immensely powerful, and others where his rival, Ben, surpassed him, transforming into any alien effortlessly. There were even realities where he transformed but retained his human appearance with the traits of the alien.

Kevin also glimpsed worlds where his favorite cartoon characters had lives extending beyond the original story. This led him to ponder whether he, too, existed in another reality. A cascade of languages and forgotten histories of various races rushed through his mind.

Had the automated guardian arrived a few minutes later, Kevin might have passed out, overwhelmed by the influx of information reaching sextillion units. Kevin woke up from this ordeal three days later, though these three days felt like an eternity. His hair had turned white, and his breathing was labored.

“Let me tell ya something, kid, you look ridiculous and hideous, HA HA!” a voice bellowed with laughter across from Kevin.

Ignoring the taunt, Kevin rubbed his temples as if to soothe his pain. Opening his eyes, he realized he was in a holding cell with a see-through door that covered the entire opening. There were only a few other cells arranged similarly, unlike the usual plumber cell holdings.

“Oh, you thought this was the normal dump holding many dumpsters together? You’re wrong! This is where the special dumpsters like you and I hang out, in this one big MEGADUMP!” the voice bellowed again.

Turning to see his noisy cellmate, Kevin was taken aback. Having read about most alien life forms, he knew there were very few he didn't recognize. The alien berating him was an Appolexian.

You could be reading stolen content. Head to the original site for the genuine story.

"Hey there, I am Kevin," he said, waving to his opposite cellmate. Might as well get acquainted with this alien.

“Oh, I am Khan. And you look like an abomination,” Khan replied honestly but with a friendly gesture.

“Khan, can you do me a favor?” Kevin asked politely.

“Sure. With the way you look, I guess any favour done to you is a charity and good karma points,” Khan replied with another laugh.

“Good to know. Now, can you shut up for five minutes, let me collect myself! I think thirty minutes is probably like a year for you, so why not shorten it to five? Do you think you can do that? Do you think you can SHUT UP FOR FIVE MINUTES?” Kevin yelled but stopped immediately when a sharp pain struck his head.

“Yeah, you might need to shut up first, kid, haha,” Khan laughed but wondered what was wrong with the abomination in front of him. Khan eventually stopped talking and went to sleep in his cell while Kevin dealt with his pain.

There was so much information to sort and organize in Kevin’s brain. It took about a week for the numbing pain to stop before Kevin could practice what he had learned from his late master.

Kevin sat in a lotus position, taking deep breaths while trying to expel wasteful energy from his core and stabilize the rampaging energy in him. Khan observed, his eyes widening with interest.

‘How does that kid know that? Maybe he could be the ticket out of this dump if that plan works out,’ Khan thought.

Khan, like most of his species, was known for violent and aggressive behavior throughout the universe. But he was one who usually put brains before brawn. He was wanted for multiple cases of high-grade theft, war crimes, personification, gross insubordination, arson, and more. He had made enough money to last for generations and had expanded his life force through various means. Khan had never been caught or suspected for centuries, even winning intellectual games against some Galvans, the most intelligent creatures in the universe, and while in disguise. The only reason he was here was to get hold of the philosopher’s orb, dark blue with purple wavy stripes, which he planned to steal in the open to be caught by the plumbers and brought to the most forbidden tech and heinous criminals.

Kevin maintained a calm expression but was sweating profusely. It wasn’t until more than half a day later that two out of the four arms seemingly broke out of his torso into degradable pieces. Khan was amazed that someone so young could be this calm and patient during an energy circulation and detoxification, especially when the kid had enough power to run the prison’s electricity for a decade.

Kevin fell asleep after a few minutes and continued the same routine the next day. The food brought by the automatons remained untouched and cold in his cell.

“Hey kid, if you're not going to eat that, tell them you want to pass the food over here when that hunk of metal comes over,” Khan remarked.

A vein stretched across Kevin's forehead as he held back his anger. His master had taught him to be patient and concentrate until he reached the level where he could just exist and observe energy circulation and cultivation naturally in his body. He continued for a full day, and some alien mutations were no longer visible, though he still looked like a chimera of sorts.

Kevin continued for another week, and his legs returned to regular human legs. Khan drew the conclusion that Kevin wasn’t just some scientist’s project but an Osmosian. To put it simply, they are humans with genes built differently, endowing them with various abilities. There was also a theory that they were not from Earth in the first place.

‘Now hold on a second, this kid comes from that level two mud planet. Could it be the same planet where the rumored wielder of the Omnitrix is?’ Khan thought as he watched Kevin circulate his energy. The other prisoners argued about which automaton to smash, kill, or marry, causing a commotion. For Kevin, it was just background noise as he fully absorbed himself in the process.

Khan roared and directed its path to the area of the noise above him. The aliens were scared and quiet for a bit, then resumed their chattering. They were dangerous criminals as well, but Khan sensed something dangerous from that roar, earning him a minute of silence until they resumed.

“I am going to kill these guys when I am out of here,” Khan sighed to himself.
