In the Land of Nion, above the city of Instinct, Nash and the drunkard were still engaged in battle. Seeing how the drunkard was able to fight him for so long, Nash knew he was not some Tom, Dick, or Harry. "Shura Sky-Piercing Spear!" Nash roared, and the spear plowed through the drunkard.
However, Nash immediately noticed something unusual. "That strike went through him just now, but why didn't the spear absorb his soul?"
Nash turned his head and saw a multicolored light rush toward him. He threw out an attack, but it did not seem to affect the light.
When Nash looked back at the drunkard again, several monstrous figures had emerged from his body, followed finally by a ferocious demon.
"A fire-breathing horned demon? Quite an ugly-looking one too," Nash said, thrusting the spear again.
Suddenly, countless shadows came rushing toward him. He immediately summoned countless spirits to restrain the demon horde.
Nash gathered his strength, determined to deliver a fatal blow to the monster in front of him. Unexpectedly, the horned demon showed no fear. Instead, it produced a large flask from its hand and unleashed powerful demonic energy from it. Nash quickly discerned the monster's traits and roared, "In that case, Nirvana Fire!"
He released the powerful flames, and soon, the demons that were crawling throughout the entire place were frozen. Nash punched the frozen demons, turning all but the horned demon to ash.
Knowing it was no match for Nash,
the horned demon spewed flames
again. Nash countered with his
Nirvana Fire once more, and a
thunderous explosion echoed
through the sky.

Using the impact as cover, the demon tried to escape. Just as it thought it had gotten away, a voice sounded behind it. It was Nash. "Who sent you?" he asked coldly.
"Don't turn around. If you turn
around again, I'll destroy you with one punch. You can speak, can't you? Tell me, who sent you, and
where is the chameleon now t

demanded in a tone that brokered
no room for questioning.
"S-Shadow Warriors. That chameleon is a Westerner, a member of the Twilight Sect. I-I don't know where he is now."
"Is that so? You can die now, then," Nash said simply before unleashing swaths of Nirvana Fire.
The demon had only been able to escape by being careful but now, the Nirvana Fire was quickly devouring him.
It was then that two figures that looked identical to the Crows that Ply had killed before appeared. They waved the giant leaves in their hands and extinguished the Nirvana Fire
"And who are you lot?” Nash asked as he watched the two newcomers cautiously. They were human since their auras were completely different than the horned demon's. "Followers of the leader of the Shadow Warriors," one of them replied before vanishing with the demon without a trace.
"The Shadow Warriors and the Twilight Sect are scoundrels!"
After that, Nash hurried back to Instinct. By the time he returned, the city had turned into a wasteland.
