Okay. I wasn't initially planning on doing this, but because this work just received another follower, it would be mean of me if future readers went through all thirty chapters or so only to end up seeing that they've wasted time getting invested.

Firstly, what happens after they cure Mariya of her mind curse. Turns out, the caster knows when the curse is deactivated, and seeing as he's still magnitudes more powerful than the trio, he just travels to their location and kidnaps them.

Then they would wake up in a prison where they see... Connor! He's more unscrupulous in his use of BOF, and is a lot more powerful because of it. Because of this, he's turned evil(not really, just undercover) and is following the bad guy's plans.

With some help from Sans-Culotte's eagle, they free themselves and try to find Connor and confront him. Along the way, they face a bunch of challenges and some old faces like the head priest and shrine maiden. Beating them up, they finally find Connor along with the guy who put the curse on Mariya's brain.

In a surprise reveal, Connor would backstab him, and they would fight where Connor tells the trio the bad guy plan is almost complete and they must stop it before it is finished. Then he proceeds to show off the Evolution techniques he learnt from Darwin which he had kept hidden for the duration he was working with the bad guys.

Finally, the ending. I've planned for the story to end with Connor dying in a blaze of glory, losing his mind to an artefact that granted him the powers of me, the literal author, but also crippling insanity that would've forced him to delete the book of fate(the work on RR not the book in the story) if he didn't self-destruct. This of course leads to Mariya committing suicide in order to join him, and leaving Malkov to clean up the mess (Sima dies in the fight against Razum).

Timeskip to a few hundred years later, and it shows three little kids that were the descendants of Sima and on one of their laps was the book of legends, who was orating the whole tale to the three.

There, I hope you at least find some closure with this one. Again sorry, for discontinuing it, but I still feel like I had to do it. Naturally, none of this is edited, and it was just something I did amid exams.
