In front of Tristan was around 4000 legionnaires, the race he created, in the middle of a thick forest.
The forest contained twisting oak-like trees from his previous world.
Each of the legionnaires were only wearing a large belts with long cloths hanging from them, forming some sort of skirt.
Tristan was also turned into a legionnaire, however he was easily taller than the others. His skin was also darker, and his horns longer.
When he was talking to God he told him that he was going to be an abnormal. He was going to be eternal and be both the religious leader, and the political leader. A God-king figure.
He designed each sex differently. The females were designed to be efficient manual laborers while requiring little resources. The males were designed to be monstrous, undying, perfect warriors.
The females had improved endurance and required less food and water (more for me!) than an average human. The males had tougher skin and insanely good regeneration, their muscles were much more powerful. The average legionnaire was as strong as 100 normal humans. Legionnaires also had a special aura that they output.
This aura slowly impacts the tools and equipment they use making them stronger and in-tune with the user.

The legionnaires, though insanely strong and adaptable, were quite stupid making most of their process through a ‘monkey see, monkey do’ process.
“All of you!” their eyes turned attentively towards Tristan, “Go hunt and gather food, we must survive.”

/Tristan P.O.V./
A week has passed since then.
The Legion, the name I have chosen for our collective, has changed.
We have gone to farming heavy starches and mining iron ore. We’ve also made a settlement, nearby a river to the west of our ‘spawnpoint’.
Alchemy also exists in this world, no not the ‘mix things and make a potion’ but the ‘make an alchemic circle and transmute’. Using and teaching this to the others I created basic weapons for the army.
The standard legionnaire has a large tower shield and a long poleaxe. I say long, but it looks like a short spear for them. And the shields look more like a metal wall than a shield. They wore no armor, only using their natural protections as defense.
Also there were some more prominent members of the Legion. Dahlia, an average female legionnaire, proved to be very prominent in flame magic and became the first battle-witch, the Legion’s equivalent of a mage.
Drav, a male with slightly darker skin than normal, had the ability to use shadow magic outside
of the normal fire and blood magics legionnaires were able to use.
“My lord!”
I looked up seeing a soldier in front of me.
“Hmm?”
“Some creatures are approaching, they seem dangerous…”
“Show me.”
I was promptly taken to the front of our village in the distance I could see around 15,000 humans armed with iron plate armor and basic swords and shields.
“Hah hah hah… Hah Hah Hah… HAHAHAHAHA…” I was profusely happy and relieved that something would happen.
“Prepare 600 men to defend if needed.” Time for negotiations.
