Since it looked i won't be reaching the city before the night fall, I thought of an experiment with space magic i.e to create a teleportation spell.I have already memorised the teleportation circle which the princess created so I thought of replicating it to perform the teleportation skill.And it seemed that the power of mana is also used in creating the cirle.

So i concentrated my mana and tried to create a circle similar to the one i saw.My first and second tries ended in failure as i couldn't use the mana to properly create a circle.I guessed that my vision was interfering with the creation of the teleportation circle So i closed my eyes and then used my imagination to replicate the teleportation circle that i saw into a small circle so as to contain me.

Then after i made sure that the circle is complete, I imagined my destination, City Of Bamor and said

"Teleportation"

And BAM..... suddenly i felt as if being  pulled into a void and then coughed up from it as i arrived near the city of Bamor within no time.That was freaking cool.... I thought to myself.If i have to describe my experience during my teleportation, I could describe it as getting mindfucked!

As he reached neared the gate, Ryan saw my happy face and asked

"Robert, You seem to be in a pretty good mood.I am guessing your quest went smoothly?"  

"Yes Ryan, I completed my quest without any trouble, by the way thanks for asking"

"Ahh... Don't mention it"

With that i started making my way to the adventurer guild.As i entered the adventurer guild's reception, The receptionist recognised me and asked.

"You are back earlier than i expected. Did you comlete your first quest?

"Yes.... I completed the quest, its just that it took a slightly longer time than i expected."

"Of course, It might take some time since you have to be extra careful when you are dealing with Monsters.Now give me the mana stones that you have collected so that i can calculate your reward"

Since she asked for them, I took out all the manastones from my backpack and placed them in the receptionist table.After examining the manastone, the receptionist was surprised.  

"What.... How, No Did you kill all these  goblins by yourself?" she asked me in a puzzled tone.

"Yes.... Is that strange?"

"Of course it is strange.... These days no one is stupid enough to fight against a horde of monsters, that too a goblin army unless they were in a party containing of atleast five or more members.Why were yo so reckless?"

"Oh... Is that so ? But what's the problem, I dealt with them myself without any help didn't I ?  "

"Damn.... Its no use talking to you, Here is your reward and if you don't want to join a party atleast buy yourself a slave with the reward money" I got a reward of 2 gold and 95 silver coins. For each goblin killed the reward was  around two silver coins.

"Did you say slaves?  But i haven't seen any slaves since the day i entered the city"

"Oh... I totally forgot that you are new to this city, Most slaves are used by the rich nobles who live in the inner city.While other slave would be travelling alongside with their masters to help them in combat or 'other purposes'.So in this city you could only see the slaves in the slave house from where you buy them " With that she gave me the directions for the slave house since she thought it would be useful to me in the near future.

Slaves huh... Why didn't i think of it before?.For example, If i had a slave who is efficient in magic, it would be quite useful in the future if i encountered a similar situation like the goblin army.So therefore i made up my mind to buy a slave and headed towards the slave house.

As i entered the slave house, I was greeted by an old man, who most probabl was the owner.

"Welcome, How may I Help You sir?"

"I am looking to buy a slave good at magic, Do you have any recommendations."  

"Yes.... This way please" He directed me to one of the rooms which was at the end of the hallway.In that room i saw a young girl with long ears.She had a very dark brown skin while her hair  Long, wavy, graying dark brown in color.Her eyes were large and was Hazel in color.It seems that she was from the elven race

To check out her skills, I tried using Identify skill on her.

That was new... Did she use any skills to prevent my identify skills.Since i was curious as to how she did it i decided to bu her.

"So how much does it cost to buy her?"

"It will cost only two Gold to buy her"

"Ha... Are you trying to rip me off, i will only pay 50 silvers since i don't even know what level she is"

"But.... that" When he tried to speak i continued my speech.

"Look Here, I am taking a big gamble her since i don't know how good her skills are and there is a chance that she might prove to completely worthless.So do you accept my deal "

Since what i said was true he agreed to my deal to sell the slave to me for 50 silvers.A magic contract was signed between the slave and me and a collar was fitted around her neck so that she can't attack me or disobey my orders.

After buying the slave, I intoduced myself as Robert and asked for her name but she didn't give any reply.So after a while I went back to the inn along with her since it was already late and i was feeling sleepy.  I ordered food for both of us and she quickly finished the meal as if she hadn't eaten good food for years.Oh wait.... it might be actually true.Since i was feeling sleepy, I asked her to sleep on the floor while i slept on the bed.
