A couple are currently walking through the busy streets of Brook City where they could see shops, inn's, stalls here and there and merchants shouting to promote their wares, group of armed individuals, soldiers patrolling around, old and young children begging for food or money and most of all are the luxurious wearing people whom are called nobles or just rich people which are being accompanied by a group of animal eared and long eared people whom you could call rare beauties and this group are what people calls slaves.

"Beastkins and elven slaves huh" [Leona]

"those are slaves dear?" [Modom]

"Yeah, you could tell just by looking at the collars they are wearing at their necks" [Leona]

'so those are the famous elves and beastkins that i've read before, che! humans in this world is so hateful why would they enslaves those beautiful women and they probably even fuck them all night, who wouldnt with those looks!?' [Modom]

"its really surprising that you dont know this dear even though your also a human" [Leona]

'well its probably because im not from here' he muttured to himself.

As both of them were talking and also having a conversation on their mind they finally reach their destination which they are now currently standing in front of a huge mansion and this mansion is the famous branch office of the Magic Council.

"were here, lets go inside dear" [Modom]

"uhnn!" [Leona]

As they pass through the gates, there they saw a huge garden, a big fountain and a group of armed soldiers patrolling around its premises and people going in and out of the building probably the staffs and some people with bussiness with the Council and then the inside looks like a bank with roped lines for people with someone at a desk systematically helping them out. Two of the five lines were open so Modom chose a line and walked up to the desk with the woman already looking at their direction waiting for them and this woman has a slender figure, pink haired, big chest probably c-cup and a hot one at that. 

"Hello, im Jane and how may i help the two of you?" [Jane]

"Im Modom and this one here is-" [Modom]

"Im Leona" Leona said while staring at the woman's bosom with eyes filled with hate.

"nice to meet the two of you, so what i can do for you today?" [Jane]

"we came here to ask where we could register for a guild" [Modom]

When the woman heard that she rose a bow as if she heard something wrong and even some people nearby look towards their direction.

"did you really come here to register a guild young man?" she said while looking at modom and leona with supicious gaze, well its probably because they are wearing commoners clothes that she's looking at them like that.

"just tell us already where we could register for one, we came to you because we wanted to ask questions not you asking us" [Leona]

"ahh yes sorry about that, then please follow me" [Jane]

As both of them followed the woman.

'what was that?' {Modom}

'what's what!?' {Leona}

'we-well about earlier?' {Modom}

'she was getting on my nerves that its makes me want to rip her head off right now!' {Leona}

After their small talk they finally reach a huge door where they were ushered to come in, whats inside was a row of shelves with books and a single desk stacked with a lot of papers and behind the desk Jane sat down on one of its chairs.

As both modom and leona sat down, they finally started their conversation from where they left off.

"Now let me introduce myself again, my real name is Elaine Greenwood the 6th seat of the Council of 10 of the Magic Council. [Elaine]

"on-one of the council member's!?" [Modom]

"fufufu, interesting, did you know that if others finds out that im a council member their attitude towards me changes, i wonder why your not? [Elaine]

"Hmmp! dont compare me those weaklings big breasted woman" [Leona]

"yes, i'd rather prefer someone like her than a person who gets on your nerves and flatters you too much" [Elaine]

"You guys should know that registering a guild is costly, its also hard to recruit members to join, building the guilds reputation and also how are you're going to manage the guild, you guys are aware of this things, right?" [Elaine]

"Yes, we're aware of that and we already thought this through, we want to register a guild, right Leona?" [Modom]

"Yes!, now can we register for a guild now big breasted woman?" [Leona]

"fufufu, before that what's the relationship between you two, you two seem close?" [Elaine]

"we're-" [Modom]

"We're married couple!, you jealous big breasted woman?" [Leona]

Leona said proudly with her head held up high.

"o-of co-course not! *BAM!* here! fill up all the informations in there!" [Elaine]

She shouted while handing a paper to Modom.

"su-sure, but uhhmm... is it really okay for one of the council members to be the one doing this thing?" [Modom]

"its fine! just get it done already!" [Elaine]

"you!shut up!" [Elaine]

"muuhhh, already married at such young age" she mumbled while turning her head away from leona.

Modom just continued filling up all the necessary informations on the form not minding whats happening between the two girls.

"uhmmm.." [Modom]

"what??" [Elain]

"well about the location for its headquarters, well we dont really have one in mind" [Modom]

"what!?you came here asking to register one but you dont even have any specific location for your guilds headquarters?" [Elaine]

"Sorry" [Modom]

"urgghh, hand me the form for a bit" [Elaine]

As he handed the form to her, she started writing something on it then handed it back again for him to read.

"Uhmm...why Blackrock Village?" [Modom]

"Dont complain, villages are your only choices left, all cities and towns are already occupied by the bigger guilds in this kingdom" [Eliane]

"well it might an interesting place since your the one who recommended it" [Modom]

"fufufu, then look forward to it then" [Eliance]

They smiled as if they could understand what they both said without putting much words into it.

"Ahem, to officially register your guild you need to pay the fee of 25 gold coins, do you have it with you?" [Elaine]

"ahh yes, here you go, its 25 gold coins all in all" [Modom]

"ohh!its surprising that you have this much gold and with how you dressed yourselves, no offense though" [Elaine]

"you shouldnt judge a person with how they look miss elaine" he said with a smirk on his face.

She nodded while smiling then started stamping on some papers on her desk and after 3 minutes.

"its done, Ran you can come inside now" [Eliane]

When Elaine said that, of course both of them already knows that there is someone outside the room and as the door opened, revealing a cute little girl who's probably at the same height as Leona, she has a slim figure, her breast well..(you already know the size of it), blonde hair in twin ponytail hairstyle, pale white skin and pointed eared like the elves but shorter.

'Halfling' are the first words that came into both minds of Leona and Modom who had the exact same thoughts.

"this person is Ran, my secretary and yes she's a halfling and works here but you dont need to know more than that" [Elaine]

"hello! im called Ran! its nice to meet the two of you!" she said cheerfully in a weird pose while stretching one of her hands in a V sign.

While the three are dumbfounded with how she introduced herself in a weird way then she suddenly leap at leona embracing her while saying *kyaa*kyaa* and this shocked more all three of them.

"Kyaa!someone small like me! no ones bullying you right!?tell this big sister if someone bullies you and ill take care of it......" she was talking a lot while rubbing her cheeks on leona whom didnt manage to proccess whats going on.

This made both Modom and Elaine laugh loud with how Leona reacted to it and that also made her snap out of it.

"urrgghh!!le-let go you urrrghh fool or ill burn you to crisp!" Leona said while trying to push her off who wont let go of her.

"ishtop, bish shishter wansh to hush you!" she said while the side of her mouth is being push off by Leona.

"stop laughing you two, especially you big breasted woman stop this annoying little girl of  yours!" [Leona]

As the two of them are arguing with each other it made Elaine heave a heavey sigh while Ran's eyes sparkled looking at Leona.

"Ahem!your currently at my office show some respect" [Elaine]

When both of them heard that, they righted themselves again then looked straight at Elaine as if nothing happened.

"*sigh* now lets end this already as the 6th seat of one of the Council Members, i hereby declare that the guild called Twilight Dragons is now officially founded by its Guild Master and Vice - Guild Master Modom Maximus and Leona Maximus, Witness!" [Elaine]

"Witness!" [Ran]

With that said Modom recieved another notification.

     You have officially founded the Guild Twilight Dragons as its Guild Master      

     You are now affiliated to the Magic Council and the Kingdom of Rien      

     You've gained the Title Twilight Dragons Guild Master      

'Rien Kingdom huh, i saw that too on Elaine's status, so those bandits werent lying after all but i finally got my very first title, awesome!' he inwardly thought while suppressing his happiness as to not show it.

"With this the Twilight Dragons Guild is now an official Guild recognized by the Magic Council, I look forward to working with the both of you in the future!" [Elaine]

"Yes, we also look forward to it lady Elaine" he said  while Leona just nodded her head with a happy smile.

"Congratulations Guild Master Modom and Vice Master Leona!" Ran shouted suppressing herself as to not embarrass herself again.

"Thanks Ran" [Modom]

"Its not done yet" [Elaine]

"ehh?bu-but..." [Modom]

"shut up and listen, ahem as you're now a Guild Master you need to know of what or whom is the Magic Council." [Elaine]

While she eyed the two in affirmation she continued.

"The Council possesses almost utmost control over Eternia except for the Dwarven Race and Elven Race at the Western Continent that also includes one of the Dwarven Kingdoms located near the border then the Demons at the Northern Continent and the Dragons located at the Southern Continent and the Council also acts as a government of sort. The Council rules all of the legal Guilds scattered throughout the Central and Eastern Continent remember that both Continents havent been fully explored yet and the unexplored lands are very dangerous even for us. The council then oversees the Guilds and keeping them in check, and they are responsible for the events caused by the Guilds under it, also possessing the right to punish specific members of a certain guild who breaks the law and to confiscate Magical artifacts which could potentially cause large-scale damages. Among the things prohibited by the Magic Council is for a Guild accepting assassination request, something which, if perpetrated, could lead the Council to oust the offender's guild.

Generally, there are three different types of Guilds: Legal, Dark, and Independent. A Legal Guild is one that has been approved and registered by the Magic Council while a Dark Guild is one that has not been recognized by the Council and is treated as a criminal organization. An Independent Guild is one that is not approved by the Council, but at the same time is not considered a criminal organization. Independent Guilds, though it appears that they can do whatever they please as long as the Magic Council doesn't disapprove of their actions" [Elaine]

She pause looking at the two if their listening to her explanation then continued again.

"Aside from Magic Guilds, there are variety of other guilds too, such as merchant, mercenary, treasure hunter, and even bandit guilds. In general, guilds are formed for individuals to take Jobs and earn money, and also for them to train and grow stronger. Legal Guilds also work to defend against Dark Guilds and other criminals; this can go the same for Independent Guilds, as well. Also remember that the Magic Council is an independent organization that was formed by the very first Members of its Council and it is to help the people who cant do certain jobs, any questions?" [Elaine]

After her brief explanation there was a bit of silence in the room but was broken by a questioning voice.

"uhmm, does that mean that the Council is only an organization within the Empires and Kingdoms governed by Humans and what about the beastkins? [Modom]

"thats a good one, yes it is as you say that the Council is only organized within the Kingdoms and Human Empires mostly because the other races hates us and thats also one of the reasons why the Council havent had any successful contacts with them and about the Beastkins they dont have any form of goverment and they are all scattered through out Eternia in tribes. [Elaine]

"i see and...uhmmm..arent suppose to be reason why the Council havent had any successful talks with the other races is because humans are too greedy and we even enslaves other races like the beastkins and the elves?" [Modom]

"yes, i wond deny that cause its true, if only the council can disband slavery then we could at least have a chance to better our relationships with the other races unfortunately we cant dont that because we would opposing a lot of people" [Elaine]

As two are engross on their talks, they didnt notice the angered faces that both the loli girls are showing.

"hey!are you two done!?" [Leona]

And with that shout, the two of them finally stop in their talks and look at Leona.

"hahaha sorry dear, didnt notice that we are too absord on our talks" [Modom]

"tsk!we are already done here lets go!" [Leona]

"wait!" [Elaine]

"what!? [Leona]

When Leona yelled at Elaine, Ran was shock because she hadnt seen anyone ever yelled at her master before but she didnt say anything because she's not allowed to butt in.

"fufufu, you're really hot-tempered huh?" [Elaine]

"shut up! and just tell us what you want so we could leave this place as soon as possible" [Leona]

"fufufu, before you go i forgot to mention one thing" as she said that she ordered Ran to take some things and when she came back, she's now holding a small chest then she put it on the table, after that Elaine opened it revealing a set of blue cards and a single gold and silver card.

'those are probably the status cards that i've heard about' [Modom]

"what are those?" [Leona]

"this are what you called..." as Elaine begun explaining about the cards, she took the gold and silver card handing the gold to Modom and the silver one to Leona.

"now drop a bit of your blood on it and you'll see what happens then" as she said that, both Leona and Modom prick their fingers while letting a drop of blood fall on the cards and the card shone revealing their status.

When Leona saw her status, she quikly gave it to Modom saying'hide it' modom didnt ask because he probably knows why so he took it then put it in his inventory without the other two noticing it.

"hahaha, you dont need to hide it no one will be able to see your status that is if you let one though" [Elaine]

When both of them heard that they both heave a sigh as if something was lifted from their shoulders.

"ahem, as i was saying earlier those two cards will represent your Statuses, every nobles have those except us council members and the royal families of every Human Empire and Kingdoms" [Elaine]

"Thats great to hear" [Modom]

"now pay for all of this status's cards, there's 100 of them give it to people who would be willing to join your guild and if you need more just come and look for me, kay?" [Elaine]

As she said that looking at Modom who's taking some gold coins from of his pockets(disguise for his inventory) and then placing all of it at the table.

"10 golds, and is it even okay for us to come look for you if we need more of this?" [Modom]

"Of course dont worry a thing about it, its fine, its fine" Eliane said while waving her hands in front of her.

"well if you say so i guess its fine, so we'll be leaving then lady elaine, thank you for your time and its an honour meeting you" Modom said while bowing his head.

"yup, its also nice meeting you two it was fun*wink*, then goodluck at your guild" [Eliane]

"ye-yes thank you." [Modom]

"fufufu, Come back soon!" [Elaine]

As both of them exited the room, people would hear Leona shouting' we wont ever come back to this place ever again!' which drew a lot of attention from the people inside while looking at the two people leaving the building.

"Fufufu, what an interesting couple! right Ran?" [Elaine]

"it is as you say m'lady" [Ran]
