Today is finally the day the egg is going to hatch so Modom woke up early due to excitement then he took out the egg from his inventory then put it in front of him.
"Finally the day for this egg to hatch is here" [Modom]
While waiting for the egg to hatch Modom started preparing his breakfast while keeping an eye on the egg for visible changes.As he was eating and keeping an eye on the egg.
SFX:Crack!Crack!
He heard some noise and saw the egg finally showing some signs of hatching and he was so excited about it that he forgot to finish his breakfast and he can finally saw what's inside the egg but before he could rejoice. He saw the popped up messages in front of him, he was startled a bit but still manage to read it.

'Huh?What a weird notification' is what he thought.
"Hi Darling!Please give me a name!" [??]
"Huh?Who?" [Modom]
The one who suddenly talked to Modom was something who looks like a dragon but without wings and also it was 1 meter in height and probably 2 meters in length with jade like scales and some branches sprouting here and there and Modom was in trance just by looking at its majestic glow that's being emmited through the scales but then he was snapped back to reality by another shout from her 'Wife'.
"You!Your my husband,right?What's your name?Also give me a name!Dammit" [??]
"Modom and Me?Your husband?How? [Modom]
"Modom are you an idiot!? didnt you just accepted the contract earlier!? [??]
"Ohh that" [Modom]
Modom then cursed himself for being forgetful and he's also troubled because his not good at naming people but he still decided to give her a name if she wanted to.
"What about Jasmine?" [Modom]
"What a lame name, another one" [??]
'If you dont like it then think for yoursel and your a rude one' he mumbled to himself.
"Did you say something?" [??]
"Ahh, nothing, nothing, then what about Leona?Its a strong name for someone like you". [Modom]
"Ohh i like it so from now my name's Leona, got it dear?" [Leona]
"Yes" [Modom]
"Call me dear, ookkk?hmmp!" [Leona]
"Ye-s d-dear" [Modom]
Modom was embarrass of calling someone 'dear' whom he just met a while ago and he was also confuse about something else so he asked her 'wife' about it.
"Dear?" [Modom]
"Yes?" [Leona]
"Uhmm, i just wanna know of how can you talk cause you just hatched from your egg and also isnt it weird me being your husband who's human and you being a drake? [Modom]
"Well its because i've inherited all of my mothers knowledge before she died and also its not weird that a drake marries a human because there's also some of my kind who marries humans and watch me.[Leona]
As Leona said that Modom then was assaulted by a blinding light that he was forced to close his eyes and we he opened it, what he saw stunned him, there was a beautiful little girl with light green hair and jade like eyes in front of him who's probably at the same heigth of a 10 or 11 year old child then he sudennly thought that whoever would say that this girl in front of him wouldnt grow up as a very attractive woman in the future then he will kick that person's ass.

"Yo-you look very beautiful but you-you're naked!" [Modom]
As he said that with a beet red face while turning around, he then took off the leather thats covering his body thats made from rabbit furs to Leona but he was also confuse that 'how can a drake talk and have a human form?arent they lower than dragons?'those were his thoughts of but he didnt want to ask because it may seem rude and decided that he will ask her when the right time comes and just focus on whats currently happening right now.
"fufufu you look cute with that look of yours dear and dont you have any descent clothes?" [Leona]
"Sorry its the only thing i got right now" [Modom]
"Hmmm, i wouldnt wear something like this if it didnt came from you" [Leona]
As Leona was saying that she then use the leather to at least cover some parts of her body.
"There you can turn around now dear" [Leona]
Modom then turned around to face her still slightly embarass from the earlier event.
"You okay now dear?" [Leona]
"Ye-yes" [Modom]
"You must have a lot to ask about me and the contract, so ask now dear" [Leona]
"ahh ye-yes dear,uhmmm then why did you chose me to be your husband and how come you look like a human now? [Modom]
"the reason is because your the reason why im still alive today, you know when my mother died from another forest drake who wanted to take over our territory who's in the end they both died and as time went by i worried that i would die from cold before i could even get out from my shell and what's making it worst is because of the treasures that my mother left behind that's making my body more colder, that was then that i started losing hope of getting out of my shell and then one day i heard a rumble coming from the piles of treasures that was piled up on me that was then i felt myself getting lifted, feeling warmth again that was then i heard a male voice who's probably you, from then on i decided that i'll make a soul-bound contract with that person whom saved me from my own death and to also protect that person with my own life and that's were currently right now. [Modom]
Then Modom saw her smile a very beautiful smile that he had never seen before and a smile that would make a city fall from it.He then realized something he had never felt before that no one have ever been this sincere to him before except for his family and he then decided that he will also protect this girl in front of him with all his life, he will kill anyone who tries to harm her and he would kill anyone who tries to separate him from her and then without warning she suddenly embrace Modom while crying and saying her thanks. Modom was dumbfounded about the sudden action but he returned her embrace. They stayed for a while embracing each other before they let go each other.
" are you now okay?" [Modom]
"uhnn" [Leona]
"Thats good then, here eat up" [Modom]
As Modom handed the meat that he was cooking earlier to Leona, he then told her that he already planned on leaving the forest after the egg hatched which was her. He also explained that he wanted to do lot of adventuring to her and so Leona agreed to it saying'because husband wants it then lets go explore lots of places!' while shouting in excitement.
And so Modom decided that he wouldnt go hunting today but decided to know more and learn more about his wife and with that the night came then two of them finally went to sleep.
Finally morning came, Modom and Leona woke up at the same time then they started to get ready for their journey today, well modom was the only one who prepared the things they needed and also explaining his abilities to his wife who's gotten curious because things suddenly dissappeared out of thin air after that they finally started towards their journey towards tomorrow (just kidding) its civilization.
