Then he starts to discuss how they usually grow kelp.

"The sea weeds on the bottom of the ocean is a good source of our economy. We only need to nurture them and harvest them every 4 to 6 months. The change of season means harvest for us. Not only we grow kelp but we also could get abalone which is also a good source of income. This is the reason why I love the current government. We governors are free to manage our own resources. This time we will send another shipment to the states. I wonder how much are we going to earn this time".

On their front, are the professional scuba diver, it was like jeju island harvesting their kelp drying it under the bask of the hot scorching sun. Professionals divers with tight black uniforms and snorkels on their head. Trained to nurture and take care of the kelps.

Corals of different kind has come to life, hidden by the kelp and sea weeds of the ocean.
