30 to 20 persons wearing formal attire is bringing something for the national government. They all hold proposal for their so called unmanned Island. On their proposal are documents saying that they all are willing to civilized such place. On their proposals were the design of their engineers and architect, design of how they all will live on a small and unmanned island. The island is not around 35 miles nor 20 miles wide. It is just barely enough for a small sitio or baranggay to exist. However because of the so called difference in profession, their engineers and architect were able to design a so called residential towers that would cater around 500 family at once. On it there also the plan for them to survive on such small island and how will they manage it to become a civilized city. With the group of professionals trying to propose on the national government, they all did start their conversation towards the veterans.
"Good morning ladies and gentlemen, we are from the south east portion of the archipelago. We are here to propose something on the national government. We all know that the south east portion was deprived by the national government from a long time. We were left unheard and because of the new generation and era, we are now here to stand our firm and ask for help in order for us to civilized the islands that were left by the passage of time. Our island is not that huge nor wide comparable to your bohol island. It is just a small island barely able to let us live alive. However we are not that dumb in public service nor public management. Thus we professionals from that island would like to propose for another city on this country. Then the speaker did start to speak. "Unlike the usual, as you see it is entirely a sitio. However please engineer and architects show them our proposals.". What comes next is an animation of something that they are trying to propose, a much more civilized place. With atleast 4 towers enough to cater families from their place. On such animation appears rated 5 restaurants with their professionals which are working abroad. They also shows how center call should help their island boost their economy not as a sitio but as a city. They Also showed them some recreational activities like iron man challenge allowing them to boost their small islands economy. They also show them their grand plan for the municipality and how will they generate taxes out of the small island. On the animation there lies lots of fresh sea market and how they all are managing such resources. They also showed them some infrastructure project that would help them cater more tourist. Then it stopped. The speaker then did started to talk.
