The beginning: where things start. Everything starts somewhere, right?
----------------------------------------
The goblin brothers, Heegan, Bleegan, Hoogan, and Bloogan, were all very close to one another and they lived in Gobbleham, a little village just outside the fire swamp. In the evenings before going to bed, their great grandpapa Blot would tell them stories of old and would recount amazing tales.
“And it was so; that upon finding the Toad they were granted amazing abilities. And from there on out they used those powers to have many more great adventures.” Great grandpapa Blot said, finishing up the tale for the night.
It was a wonderful story really, and the little goblins loved every word of it. “What-what if we found the Enchanted Toad of Delarmir? Could we be great heroes too?” Bloogan wondered aloud as they all laid in their beds.
“I don't think it actually exists, it's just a story.” Said Heegan, a bit of a skeptic at times; lacking in imagination and intellect.
Unauthorized duplication: this tale has been taken without consent. Report sightings.
“I mean, if we did find the Toad then we should become legends, just like in the story.” Bleegan cut in, adding his insight to the topic at hand.
And to top it all off, Hoogan stated the obvious. “Guys, guys! Delarmir is literally a day east of here through the bog! We can go there tomorrow, dummies.”
And thus the goblins decided they would journey to Delarmir tomorrow morning. After breakfast of course.
The next morning (after breakfast of course) the goblins set out on their journey, heading into the fire bog. The fire bog was a bog that for some reason occasionally erupted fire from geysers. It was more like a big, wet, stinky, soggy, muddy, icky, flaming, steam room with some blackened vegetation and trees.
“Now remember to be back for dinner someday!” Their mother called out to them as they left their little home.
Though their father had more important words for them. “Just remember boys; stay on the path and you'll be just fine!”
With the words of their parents in mind and the thirst for adventure in heart they set off.
