The air still vibrated from the intense energy that had been unleashed moments ago from the mountains, and yet my conversation with Noctis continued as he further intrigue me.
“You see no matter what you do to seal or cultivate control, my lord will always evolve, his power will always grow and adapt to everything around him. It's clear to me. Even with the seal he’s managed to manifest Primordial Flames. He will return to the height of his power one day, and so will his memories. If you want Kazu to keep on this path for a life of his own, let him go back to the mainland and create bonds with those who will accept him as their… God” he stated as if he were displaying an ultimatum to us.
Altear concerns were more on the blast of power that had just been unleashed within the mountains and I was too, with a single nod to her she dashed out the doors of my office at top speed to check on them.
However, it was more than clear, Noctis was correct in every sense. “If that’s what he wants, I won't stop him. I will be here to guide him. And you wouldn’t have come here just to tell me this. You probably have already considered this yourself, so there’s no doubt you have already some plan?" I replied and Noctis chuckled once again, and I wasn’t wrong in this deduction.
"True, it is as you say. But it will benefit your people just as much, as it will for me. the Adventurers guild has private benefactors, that consist of party’s, something akin to a clan and if I remember correctly, some of those parties get a right to become an actual clan at a certain rank… it’ll be a great start for my lord!” He explained gleefully clearly putting his sharp mind towards helping someone rather than himself.
“In order to become a guild benefactor my lord would need two others, I still have one of my servants in their ranks whose quite close to the guild master, as well as another servant who’d love to see her precious lord return. of course, this plan is a bit flawed and could use your many years of knowledge and wisdom to make it perfect."
I only let out a light sigh as he went on. In truth he needed the red manes who’ve infiltrated the Adventurers guild of Vectus, in order for his plan to work, Noctis knew what he was doing, still I knew it was worth looking into, in case Kazu wanted this.
“You didn’t include Isabelle in those plans?” I asked to which Noctis let out a deep sigh.
"My my, Theitus. I was going to, but it seems she isn’t quite ready for that world, at least not yet. I expect you to help my lord with that.” He chuckled before another question arose from me. And it was about them.
“I take it these two you're referring to, are The hound of black flames and…?” I asked and wondered who the other servant Noctis mentioned was.
But he only let out another chuckle before replying.
"Ah, the other… she’s already quite close to my lord, she was revived at his orders, in fact do you know how many Primordials it takes to revive another? You wouldn’t believe how many it took to completely reincarnate my lord… anyways, they'll remain loyal and follow my lord wherever he goes."

I couldn't help but sigh, one of the people he referred to weren’t exactly the best examples of Primordials, he was all brawn and certainly had a penchant for destruction. And the other referred to, remained a mystery to me.
But still the idea of assisting Noctis didn't exactly sit well with me, not because he was a Primordial and a very dangerous one at that, but because in his visit he had already mentioned some interesting things clearly planning something, and I still questioned his change of eye color quite similar to Kazu's own, or the fact he referred to him as his lord. I wondered what possibly could have caused such a shift in Noctis, a primordial who held no loyalty to anyone other than himself, as the thoughts lingered in my mind, I still let out a sigh to answer his question.
"Fine, I'll give some thought to your idea, but again the choice will be his…” I said only to be interrupted by Noctis's soft laughter.
"Ah, yes and you will tell him, why he can’t stay here in your little paradise. In fact, I wished he still had his memories, I wonder how he would react? Could you even contain his strength?” He laughed which only made me glare at him. “Well as long as you mention, why he can’t make the unique bond he has with Isabelle with someone else here, and that he can never be a part of the Kanmori or Ezumi Clans here in Mythral, that's all you need to do," he snickered, it was clear Noctis had thought about this extensively before confronting me.
I sighed and he knew I would comply with his wishes. "Very well, I will keep that in mind," I said.
Noctis smiled and looked as if he were expecting something more from me, but it was clear he had done everything he had wanted to do, “it was a pleasure talking again, Theitus. And I do look forward to what the future will bring, Ah! One more thing," he spoke up, "My existence, do not mention it to my lord. He will come to realize on his own, as you know the mainland is quite chaotic right now… I simply wish to serve my lord, in the greatest way possible, and that is to find that truth of this world," he said before he arched his back and threw his hand to the side as if a performance had just come to an end.
We had no further words to exchange with each other, then in the blink of an eye Noctis was gone, leaving me alone in my office to consider his words.
I couldn't deny I felt a slight sense of sadness knowing that Kazu would eventually leave this place, but this was for the best for both him and Mythral, he could potentially change everything.
With that, my attention turned to the distant mountains where my thoughts dwelled on his possible reaction. I was uncertain how to tell him, but it left me with a sense of joy.
Even though it was all coming to an end, I could only hope for the best for his future. I still had much to do to prepare him for that inevitable moment. And yet, for some reason I had a grin on my face, as something told me, that he was going to be just fine. Mythral would rise with him, we would become his shadow and watch him wash his influence over the world, one step at a time.
And I couldn't wait for that moment to come.
"We’ll always be by your side, Kazu."
my hearty laughter filled the air knowing that was why I felt such a joy.
A path filled with endless possibilities. I wondered if I still had what it took to keep up with the plots of deities.
And yet another unanswered question remained, The warrior gods hand in the future. A sovereign that walked amongst the crowds with his aura of gold. A new era was upon us, and he had chosen to step on this stage himself. Did he want to see what his creation could become? Was he watching from somewhere? Was he waiting for something?
Those thoughts lingered in my mind. There was still a lot of work to do.
