The first humans I found in this world speak in another language.
Honestly, this was something that I was expecting, but I was hoping for something different after finding out that, the Svaltar's and even the common language in this world were familiar to me.
Now hearing whatever that guy said, I couldn't only sigh in exasperation. I really think that my luck has gotten rotten since I reincarnated here. Or did I transmigrate? I don't really know.
In my past life, even with my shitty life, I could have luck in whatever I throw myself into. Now here in this life, I found myself with a body incapable of doing something so simple that even the rocks in this place do normally. Channeling magic or make it possible to flow through me.
What's even more exasperating is that every fucking thing in this place is in hardcore mode. An average human here is what you can call an elite athlete. Heck, I can't even compare to some kids of some tribes according to Arad. There was a tribe that trained their baby's since two years old, making them learn magic, so those little shit start to literally accelerate their growth, surpassing every single race on this planet and putting that tribe into the very first place in this world. And this was only when Arad lived here. He assured that those guys are most likely alive and probably have improved since then.
So now I ask my self, am I really so unlucky to have been thrown in this world, with no advantage in my favor?
According to Arad, if I survived and somehow manage to ascend, I would surpass every single being. Unlike others, I would literally have to reform my body with my own soul. Something that according to Arad, was extremely difficult and an action that I don't suppose to pass if it were normal. As reforming one flesh with the power of one soul, it's a step that one had to do in the Heavenly Realm in order to attain a lesser divinity.
But anyway, there's a long time until I am able to achieve that feat. Right now I'm in front of a bunch of muscular guys that are now living in the mountain and we are unable to communicate between us. If it weren't this the land of Camille, I would have been scared the shit out of myself as a requirement for someone being murdered was lesser than this situation.
'Arad, please tell me you had a way to communicate with these guys!' I couldn't help but ask Arad, as he most likely knew a way.
Not defrauding me, Arad answered me.
(*Well, there are certainly a few ways, most of them only required you to sync with them. Your brain would be able to understand the meaning behind their words, so it would be for you like speaking with Camille.*)
But instead of being happy with his words, I only screamed in my head. This was worst than I thought.
'Is there really no other way?'
I hear Arad chuckling in my head as he said.
(*Well it would be easier if you only asked Camille, but you don't have any path in your body to make Mana flow so you can sync with them. I pity you as you had to recur to the old school, work hard! Gwahahaha*) I ignored Arad's remarks. As I took a profound breath and prepared my self to use most of my brain. My next actions would require the major focus that my mind could achieve.
----------------------------------------
The middle-aged man saw with a weird expression on his face, all the vast and incredible expressions on Constantine's face.
But nothing could prepare him for what was coming next, as after Constantine closed his eyes, he began to make weird movements with his body.
One warrior couldn't help but ask.
"Is this some kind of dance?"
Another warrior responded to him.
"I don't think so, look, he seems to struggle with something."
Unbeknownst to that warrior, he was right in his assumption, as the current Constantine was struggling to achieve basic body language. He tried to signal his mouth following by crossing both of his arms while shaking his head. But the meaning behind his profound actions seemed to not reach those primitive men. As they only watched at him with curiosity and certain fear.
Currently, a mature-looking woman was watching Constantine's actions with fear, as she thought that he was trying to curse them.
'WHY IS THAT LADY OVER THERE LOOKING AT ME WITH FEAR? WHAT HAVE I DONE AGAINST YOU TO GLARE ME LIKE THAT, MA'AM?' With grievance in his head, he tried once again a body sign language. This time he signaled the mountain while he made what he thought of a dragon face, with his hands. Trying to transmit to them that he was coming from the mountain.
Seeing that he was only making a fool of himself. He stopped, surprising everyone in his surroundings, as there was an expectation in their eyes.
Constantine rolled his eyes when he noticed this, as he looked at the floor in search of a twig.
Soon he found one, quickly moving to it, he alerted the men surrounding him, but not making them do any rash move, as for their view Constantine didn't represent any threat.
Surely their instinct seemed to proved right, as Constantine began to draw on the floor a few figures.
Quickly the middle-aged man understood what was Constantine's intention, as he noticed that both of them didn't speak the same language. He was also unaware of the method to sync, as he never required before this method to communicate with another species.
Living in the surroundings of the forest wasn't something that required them to improve their communication skills, as only having to understand their fellow tribe members was all they need.

Usually, meeting other races or tribes leads to tense moments. As they, only think for their tribe well, so you would probably see a few skirmishes daily for a place to hunt or collect fruits.
Now, however, seeing that those times was something for the past. He began to formulate ways to make it easier for both sides to reach an understandable point. Drawing things on the floor wasn't the smoothest way to converse with someone.
After a few minutes of drawing, Constantine raised on his feet, as he pointed his left hand towards himself while saying. "Constantine" He then looked towards the tribe leader as he waited for his response.
Not wasting too much time, the tribe leader said while doing the same action.
"Rognir." He then looked at his tribe fellows as he pointed towards them while moving his finger.
"Son Jarðar". Rognir then looked back at Constantine as he waited patiently for his next movements or words.
Constantine only nodded as he made a hand gesture to Rognir to follow him.
The latter followed him with three more men. They quickly reached the place where the dwarfs were building their barracks.
Soon, a group of ten armored dwarfs reached the human group, as one of the previous dwarfs that were aside from the Grand Elder Urdin, was leading them.
Constantine quickly greeted them as he informed the dwarfs about the new plans. The humans from the tribe of Son jarðar would be the new workforce and they would be put in use in the nearest time possible. Constantine explained quickly towards the Dwarf the current situation regarding the lacking to communicate between both sides.
Constantine explained the synchronization method to the dwarf, intending to make them do the job he couldn't.
He tried to do the same with the Son jarðar by drawing on the floor, he didn't know If the message was understood.
After a few minutes of responding to the answers regarding the method, he imparted to them. The dwarf elder told him that it would take a few days until one of the dwarfs understood correctly the method.
Having nothing else to do until they dwarfs were ready, Constantine headed back with Rognir towards the lake where the tribe was temporarily living.
There Constantine wasted his entire day, learning a few names and words from the tribe. At first, it was a little uncomfortable for him to being stared so much by these people, but after a few hours, he got used to it.
One of the first things that surprised him, was the social structure of the tribe itself. There wasn't a clear definition between roles in both genres. As both males and females were distributed accordingly to their skills. There were females with strong bodies that could easily surpass him only in the aesthetics of muscles.
The second thing to notice was the care and reverence he saw towards some wooden totems. When he 'asked' how they called the totems, all of them answered with different words. Only the ones who lived with each other answering the same.
He was a bit lost, as this could mean a few things. But Arad told him what could be the truth, most probably those totems represent someone from their family or someone they idolized like a God.
There were also a few things that make him uncomfortable as the tribe members seemed pretty open-minded regarding sex. The whole time he stayed in the tribe, he saw a large group of it, copulating near him without any care. He didn't know if this was a custom in this tribe or something but it sure makes him felt uncomfortable.
As minutes prior you were 'talking' with someone, only to see the same person fucking someone else near you.
But these people were mostly the adults in the tribe, as most of the youngest was watching aside or doing other things. There was probably something deeper behind these actions, as he didn't believe that they wouldn't let the youngsters don't have their fun on it if it weren't for something else.
After the sunset, Constantine headed back to the mountain after eating his first cooked meat in this world. On his way, he was thinking about the thing he spent doing his later hour in the tribe. He observed the train regime that the warriors were practicing.
According to Arad, the warriors used Mana differently than most of the people he met back in his days. The warriors only used the Mana surrounding them as a catalyst to a large explosion in power. The few ones that used the Mana on their bodies, were the ones with tattoos, these tattoos were runes that fulfilled a specific role.
Arad said that some give perception improvement or strength burst. One specific in Rognir body, was a life steal rune. That had the function of regenerate the wounds in the wielder while transferring or stealing the vitality of the enemy.
These runes were undoubtedly a great help in the strength of the tribe power. Constantine was thinking that he could make use of them in the meantime, as they weren't a solution in a long term.
The problem was how much he needed to improve his body, as the strain probably was incredible for the current him. Only Rognir who was the tribe leader got two runes on his body. This could say a lot of things about this method, as most of the warriors back there could destroy him with their bare hands.
His frail and lacking of strength earthling body couldn't tolerate the strain that those men carry. So it was a must to train and improve his body resistance in the near time.
That was currently what he was thinking about, as with the help of Arad, he was making a routine to follow the next day.
The most important thing was training his spirit, as this would undoubtedly help him in the long term. The next was the food he needs to eat in order to achieve some improvements. Arad told him that a few beasts in this forest could give him the required energy to slowly change his body.
While eating and training physically wouldn't generate Mana channels, they would harden his muscles and give him enough vitality to sustain the hard training that was ahead of him.
His goal was to reach the closest he can towards the raw power of a strong man. According to Arad, this was the minimum strength that an average teenager had. This wouldn't save him against adventurers and the majority of warriors in this world, but would make it easier for him to live a normal life without fearing to get beaten by a kid.
Yes, this was the poor situation that Constantine was in. Being pathetically weak against a child.
After having reached the nest entrance, Constantine sat near a cliff while he was thinking about something, Arad was watching him aside, waiting for whatever he may say.
'Tell me Arad, it is possible to attain a great martial level that with only technique, I could face stronger foes?' This was what Constantine's thoughts come up with.
Arad put a not bad expression as he said with eyes closed while nodding (*Yes, it is totally possible. In the Heavenly Realm those who attain a great level in martial arts or weapon mastery could face stronger foes, and they are invincible against the same level fellows. But I have to tell you that not even the most talented youth in Martial arts could reach this point without years of experience. It's an arduous path that needed constant perseverance and a great spirit.*) Arad hoped that the meaning behind his words could reach Constantine, as he didn't believe Constantine was ready for dedicating his life to a discipline.
Constantine maintained a thoughtful expression while he remained silent after hearing Arad's words. There were a lot of things he wanted to scream to his lung out but needed to hold back. With a large and profound sigh, Constantine shook his head while he said in a low voice.
"I don't need to rush things out, everything in due time." He patted his tighs and got up. Heading back towards Camille's nest. Where he would probably spend a few hours talking with the Dragon Queen about the new inhabitants of the mountain.
