Well, i slept and ate a bunch and now i think I'm ready to address my situation and self. From what I have learnt throughout the night is that, I am a slime, I absorb and learn things through eating things I find, and I have no idea what the hell I'm going to do. No matter how much I have explored my potential routes i know basically nothing of this world, nor of what I can do. While eating I unlocked an ability, Well i think its an ability at least, I can pull up a weird almost see through thing that shows random symbols, I don't know what they mean but they could be a language of sorts? I think if I can eat something with more knowledge maybe I can get that knowledge myself?

I also discovered I cannot fight, I have no combat ability nor do I have any form of skill that can aid me in combat. The only thing I can do is slosh around and absorb things. The extent of my ability to absorb is uncertain but maybe that's how I'm meant to fight? Latch onto something and eat away at it until it dies? That actually may be a good idea, if i can find some kind of creature slow enough for me to catch up to and climb onto maybe i can slowly eat away at it and learn from it? Well its worth a shot I guess.

While I was recording this i noticed i don't know how old I am, is this is my second day of life? or if I've existed longer? I hope I can figure it out at some point but for now its time to find a testing buddy.

After having eaten all the plants i could find lay around near the water i departed deeper into the treeline, while being careful i watched creatures roam and fight for food, and then i found my target, a creature with 4 legs, big pointy tusks, brown fur matted in dirt. It was resting under a trees surfaced roots. The best plan of action i think i can take at the moment is to hide on top of the root. I don't want to make it aware of me so I'm going to hop onto its back as it awakens and starts to roam, the fur should give me enough of a surface to latch onto and maintain my position while i try to eat away at it.

Oh no, oh no, oh no, its happening. This is something that could lead to my demise but If i can do this right i should be able to just drip myself onto its back as it fully awakens. While its been stood up trying to check its surroundings I've been slowly leaking myself down the side of the root and onto its back in small amounts, enough to make sure it hasn't noticed me just yet. I shall update after I have either fully attached or have escaped, if i escape.

I did it! i got onto its back and try to slowly absorb it. IT WORKED! While doing this the beast has noticed me but has realised it cannot get me off its back, I'm concentrating on one spot of its back to make myself a little hole to nest inside. With that ill use the fur to cover myself and protect myself from anything in the sky and also from its attempts at getting me off. While I've been eating I've gained a bit of knowledge and can feel something I couldn't feel before, but yet it feels incomplete, the more i absorb of this beast the more it grows. I've started to understand life through the eyes of this creature. How it fights and survives. but not much more for now.

Its dead! I ate it all the way through to its insides and enjoyed my lovely feast on its insides. After having completely eaten its insides i have discovered many things. First of all this creature was a Elfen Direboar. These woods belong to a powerful group of creatures called Elves, they often hunt the boars for food and fun, truly terrifying creatures, but they seem smart. All be it wicked and cruel, but smarter than most the creatures in this forest. I would of loved to eat my way into one of them and learn all they know however that would be difficult, they seem to have 2 arms instead of 4 legs, which for my tactic would be very problematic, my only way i believe i could win is if i could wrap myself around their mouth and nose, stopping them breathing and entering into their insides, which would give me the chance to eat away at them.

However for now, i think it best i stick to eating these weaker creatures, After eating the boar i seem to be able to make the same pointy tusks as the beast, maybe that's what i felt growing, the ability this creature had. However its not wise for me to fight head on, i am still physically weak and defenceless so my surprise absorption process may be the best call for now. I am going to put my all into eating as many things as i can for today, so i shall see you tomorrow!
