"Urgh...?"
I woke up, laying down on some hard ground. For some reason, my body was trembling. It was neither cold nor hot. But I was trembling. It was an eerie feeling. Before I was even able to open my eyes, suddenly, I was hit by nausea. I struggled to get up, unable to find strength in my legs. After some effort, I managed to crawl on all fours, attempting to resist the urge to vomit.
I couldn't. It felt like my stomach was coming out of my mouth while vomiting. I lost all strength on my arms and legs just before I fell headfirst into the puddle of vomit.
After who knows how much time had passed, I woke up again with a sudden electrical shock inside my brain. I felt my blood circling in my veins, then it hit me. My face was warm, a warmth supplied with a disgusting smell that was penetrating through my nostrils. I immediately rolled on the ground to get away from the fluid that was crawling up on my face which I assumed was vomit.
I hit something while trying to roll. Barely finding the strength to raise my arm I was able to touch something behind my back. The cold swept through my hand making me tremble once again. The object was hard, cold and damp. I tried to open my eyes to see what was around me, only to realize that it hurt every time I slightly opened my eyes, making me reflexively close them. I was going to wipe my eyes with my hand when I realized my hand was wet... no, not my hand, my palm was wet, presumably covered in vomit. I turned my hand and started wiping my eyes with the back of my hand, hoping it was clean enough. I started to open my eyes. It was dark.
All around me was enveloped in darkness. Opening my eyes had made no difference, I was certain that nothing had changed.
'Did I go blind?'
This was the first time I was feeling afraid, a sudden sense of fear out of being unsure whether I was blind or not. Remembering the object which I presumed to be a wall, I started getting up from the ground, using my hands to locate the object. After a few seconds, I was able to get up, my back leaning on the object. Considering how rigid it was, I was certain... or hoping, that this was a wall.
I closed my eyes, leaning my head backwards on the wall. I started touching around my body to see if I was hurt. I could still feel the wet vomit, but I persevered... Surprisingly, I could not feel any pain, which probably meant that I was unhurt. But I was tired... so tired. Sigh. I opened my eyes, I could feel my muscles moving, the long eyelashes touching the skin just below my eyes while I closed and opened my eyes several times, the fear hadn't taken over me yet. However, this did not change the fact that I really couldn't see. It was just... dark.

I tried to remember what happened, the last thing I could remember was it was a long day after work and as soon as I got home, I started stripping and was headed straight towards the bed.
'Wait... work?'
'What was I working on?'
I can't remember.
'Where is my house?'
'Where is my work?'
'What is my work?'
I can't remember anything!
The fear I had over not being able to see was slowly evolving. I tried combing through my memories, other than the last part where I went to bed, I couldn't remember anything else. Who was I? Where was I from? What was my work?
Nothing. It was all blank. I had no idea where I was from or what I was doing. I had no idea how I got here.
'Wait... here?'
'Where am I?'
I asked myself, I was in somewhere dark, which I was not sure... I might be blind after all, behind me was a damp wall. I could not hear any sound other than my heartbeat and breathing. The fear I had in me had... stopped growing. It felt odd, I was not afraid. I was not worried. I was just questioning myself.
Tired. I had barely moved since I woke up, but that was enough to tire me out near instantly. From what I could feel, I was not hungry... I could not feel any thirst as well. Its just... drowsiness. Unwillingly, I closed my eyes.

"Honey, wake up." a soft voice climbed into my ears.
"You are going to be late again..." the voice repeated.
I opened my eyes, I was in a bed... I was in my bed, facing my left side. There was a girl in front of me. I had no idea who it was.
I smiled, slowly moving my right hand to caress the girl's face. This made her smile as well.
"If it means to spend some extra time in the bed with you, I'll be late for everything and anything forever." I said. My words resulted in a chuckle from the girl. Her face was cute.
The room was filled with white light and there was a whiff of dandelion perfume coming from the girl. The curtains were not covering the windows, freely letting in the bright sunlight, shining on her face.
I was in my bedroom. Happily smiling towards the girl I love the most.
Suddenly, everything disappeared.
I was jerked awake.
'Who was that?' I asked myself, I had no idea about the vision I just had. It was all blurry now that I had woken up.
'Was that a dream?'
'Was that a memory?'
I asked myself over and over. I could not be sure of anything in the past few... moments. I had no idea how much time had passed. I wasn't sure if I was blind or not, I wasn't sure where I was, I wasn't sure who I was... nothing.

I heard a sound coming from far away. It was a faint sound of water drops hitting the ground. I wanted to check where it was coming from. After waking up, I realized that I had more energy than before. Begrudgingly, I started getting up while supporting myself with my hand on the wall.
My goal was to find the source of the sound.
