Time passed quickly as three weeks past while Ling Ming healed from his injuries. Throughout this time he made sure to rise with the sun to cultivate and spent the rest of the day in the library reading. Because of his position as the head husband had no problem entering the study. Of course he hadn't seen his wife since the last day they spoke but he didn't care very much.

After waking up Ling Ming examined his self making sure his body was ok before sending out a request to go to town. Though he found it laughable that he needed to ask for permission he wanted to see if they market held any items such a medicine that he could refine to cure himself. The Golden Body pill would be the perfect cure to wash away the impurities in his body expelling the poison. Though his qi was pitiful to any amount the purity of it and his solid base made it so that if he could expel the poison his cultivation would sour like a dragon. Thinking this Ling Ming ideally sat as the carriage was prepared for him to venture into the town.

The journey to town took about and hour drive because of the Clans compound was located quite a distance away from the city. Ling Ming was surprised that not only did his servant girl come but one of his wives young attendants as well. She word a red kimono that matched her fierce black eyes and hair. Ever since they boarded the carriage besides the greeting she had said not two words to him. It didn't bother him as he knew that a man marrying into a females family was looked down upon by the servants even thought he technically had a higher standing.

They reached the towns market with no trouble before dismounting the carriage. Ling Ming took in the hassle and busily of the city completely different from the families compound which was relatively quite. Ling walked up to one of the stands selling some decorative pots asking the owner were he could find some median.

“If your looking for some median then you should head south toward the healing house. They are the number one place you can find not only median but ingredients for items.”

Nodding he thanked the man before turning and walking toward the area that was mention. The two women behind him didn't make a sound and just walk without making a sound.

After passing some items shop that held not interest for him, he was surprised that little Xie eyes would glow at almost every item. He shrugged his shoulder and bought a hair pin with the small pouch of money he received before departing the house and put it into little Xie's hair. He small chubby face turned scarlet red and she bowed a perfect 90 degree angle. Ling Ming laughed a little before continuing their journey. His wife's attended whose face was as solid as stone showed a flicker of movement before it was back to normal.

Arriving the healing house was easy as it was the tallest building with a sign in front that spelled out healing house. After entering he found that their was a small line with people but walked over to a young man dressed in a robe with the logo of the healing house on it.

“Excuse me, this is my first time here and I was wondering if you could help me?”

The young man glanced over that eh young women behind Ling Ming and smiled.

“Of course my lord my name is Mimi Chang how may I help you?”

Ling Ming faced did not change with the Mimi's confusion but instead he continued. He retrieved a small slip of paper with some of the herbs that he had researched during the week of rest and handed it to him. Unlike the heavenly domain most of the medicine in the mortal world could not match the pill on the other realms but that was all a in the skill of the user. A pill master could make a bill with the bare minimum of the ingredients while a pill novice would need countless tires and still might be unsuccessful in the creation. Although Ling Ming had memories of his past life in this one he was still a novice in the creation of such thing and as such he would need to train. Making a Golden Body pill was unrealistic from what ingredients that were in the area but thankfully Ling Ming wasn't a stranger to experimenting in pill creation.

The young man scanned the slip before nodding and handed it back to Ling Ming. “This are all common materials that we do possess. If you want to buy them then you will have to wait in that line and tell the young lady at the desk.”

Ling Ming thanked the man and headed over to stand in line followed by the women. The line moved at a common pace but it took over and hour before they reached the women. The woman looked around her early thirties and her hair tied in a bun. Her looks were ordinary but the way she carried herself showed she was very confident. Ling Ming pulled out the paper handed to the women who nodded then disappeared into the back. When she returned she hand him a slip back with the paper and the number of ingredients that were in stock.

“This is how many we have in stock. How many do you wish to purchase.”

By the time Ling Ming was done buying the herb he headed back to the compound. He been giving at least 60 sliver to spend a month of his expenses and had bought at least 45 silver worth of seeds and herds which he carried back. As they reached the house it was a quarter till sunset and dinner would be prepared very soon.

Before heading toward his house he instructed Xia's attended to request a cauldron for him. He did not have a spiral fire nor was his cultivation high enough to use it to make a pill but in the future he would need one. As he returned his compound many things were running through his head but his goal was the same. To reach the pinnacle of marital arts and beyond.
