King Arthur Camelot Pendragon I of Albion

King Arthur Camelot Pendragon I of Albion

"Without Faith, Without Belief in something, what are we?" - King Arthur

King Arthur Camelot Pendragon I of Albion. A respected and well meaning Caesar by many, a cruel tyrant by many as well, he lives upon a throne of both good and evil however one thing is for sure; He can rule.

Raised in the city of Camelot by his father, Eadwulf Pendragon, as part of an irrelevant merchant family, the young king Arthur spent most of his days playing mock battles with the kids around him and, no matter how many they pulled together, the young king Arthur always wound up on top.

Showing an affinity for combat and martial prowess the young Arthur was tutored at a young age to become a great knight for the then king, Æðelstan, and his elite knights of Camelot.

Following many years of training the young Arthur would become an exemplary knight, fighting head on bravely in the battles which he fought. He not only carried himself like a man of bravery but he also inspired and led his men through thick and thin.

When the king Æðelstan died abruptly there was much discussion on who would take the reigns as the next king of Camelot; as Æðelstan died without a designated successor. With many supporting Arthur, the young, charming and brave knight, and many who supported Caldara, the fearsome and powerful warrior of Camelot's royal guard.

The tensions were high in anticipation and in the end it all came to a gentlemanly duel between the two warriors, and though being left severely hurt and on the brink of death's door it was Arthur who came up on top; Caldara being the one to die from the duel.

Arthur would prove to be a competent leader in a short time, significantly strengthening the realm of Camelot; it was soon here that Arthur's ambition would be unleashed. In the span of a few years of his reign he has managed to subjugate his neighbors and has made the kingdom of Camelot a prosperous realm. However it would seem that Arthur's ambition would only grow from here.
