Her blood magic is quite good, she keeps summoning many thorns to impale me, I just keep dodging and dodging, her mana is concentrating to use the eye, I keep firing my sniper rifle to penetrate her defences, the eye fired a red beam this time, I am ready, I quickly dodge to the side, I got close to her, I then punch her face bloody, but she falls back and summoned her magic again.

I feel alive, my blood is boiling because of this girl, this is the battle that I crave for, being stuck in that prison cell for a couple of years makes my instincts rusty, the sweet sensation of adrenaline rushing through my veins, it makes me want to go crazy and beat that girl who claims I killed Alexander.

That eye looked at me, something sinister is coming, the surrounding have turn into a cancerous fleshy growth, some things have risen to the ground, it was some sort of monster with many eyes and mouth, there are many of them, their snarling almost makes my ears bleed, those things then rushed at me and the girl kept summoning her thorns to impale me, but I was finally grazed on my thigh.

"Fuck, are you a summoner then young lady, you know I can easily kill all of them right."

I quickly summoned the purifier, my sniper rifle, the humming sound echoes, and then, I implemented some of my mana to fire a beam, the sound of my sniper booms like a rail gun.

The beam hit causing a large explosion killing those monsters, but I didn't notice she is behind of me.

"Surprise bitch, you're gonna die today."

"Shit, shit, shit, what the fuck?"

She tried to stab me with a sword, I quickly ducked, but she then managed to slice my right thigh, I quickly summoned my shotgun and blast her to hell, but the damn shield blocks my bullets.

"Ain't smiling now bitch? Heh, where is your damn bravado now huh?

"Ohh, young lady, you know I am just playing hehe."

Well no more games this time, I'm smiling the adrenaline is making me exited, this fight is exhilarating, but there is something I have to do, my mana surges through me, particles of mana created countless of weapons, all of it are aiming now at her, she then tried to run but.

"Sorry young lady, I enjoy the fight but sadly you must die now."

All of my weapons fired at her, countless explosions small to big, rang throughout the citadel, the dust and dirt have blocked my vision, I fired again for a good measure, the static sound of the force field outside got affected due to my firepower.

Some area of the citadel have now turned barren, the sweet sound of explosion reminds me of the old day, but the sky is still red, that eye still looks at me quite creepy actually.

"Ohh there you are young lady."

She was in the rubbles of a building, her hair have turn back to black with blue underneath, her figure slumped but somehow she was mumbling, is she even still conscious?

She stretched her hand, a small thorn tried to impale me, but I just sidestep, her eyes, the way she looked at me, the hate that is welling inside of her, she really wants to avenge Alexander, but he is alive, quite a funny scenario, this is all a misunderstanding, a misunderstanding that gives me fun at least.

"May I ask where did you hear that info that the therapist is dead?"

Absolutely priceless what did Alexander do to make this girl fall head over heels for him, I mean he is good looking and actually well mannered, but is that really it? Maybe Alexander did something to make her fall in love with him, oh well, no need to think about it she is going to die anyway.

I didn't notice that there are some AMCS and police aiming there weapons at me, I then looked at him, his black suit, compliment his gold hair and eyes, that calm demeanor and that handsome face.

"Comrade your here, I didn't expect you to find me personally."

"Miss. Schwarz you are my patient, I just want to understand why are you doing this."

"Revenge comrade, I hope you understand."

His eyes are observing me, somehow he have a look that he understood me, he then towards the girl, the bloodied girl sobs as he sees Alexander.

"Hey Lily, Lilian, are you both alright?"

The girl was a sobbing mess, I called it that she will act cutesy once Alexander is here... Sigh.... Look at her hugging him, if he only knows how crazy actually she is.

"Hicc... Alex, I thought you are dead, the guards... Say that you died at the explosion caused by her."

"Lilian, I'm quite alright, hey don't cry now, I'm fine look, see I'm not injured right."

'Does she have two personalities? He really attract the crazy ones, but the way he pets her, how kind of him to comfort a broken woman.'

Lilian kept crying in my arms, her sobs shaking her, as I held her close. I gave her my signature smile, hoping it would bring her some comfort, but the tears just kept coming. After a while, she fainted—probably from mana loss.

I quickly called over a few AMCS to help carry her to the truck. Once she was safely inside, I made sure she was placed gently at the back. Some of the AMCS who were healers assured me that she was alright.

I walked over to her, my gaze shifting to Katharina. I met her eyes with a neutral expression, keeping my thoughts hidden behind a calm exterior.

"Comrade are you stopping me with my revenge?"

"That depends Miss. Schwarz, may I ask then, why are you hellbent on killing the Head General of the AMCS?"

"...... She betrayed us... Comrade, I can't let my friends death be in vain."

"Miss. Schwarz... I don't have the power to stop you, but you have to think the scenario now, you are here, you don't have any information where is the Head General, you don't have any leads where she is now."

"I will ask you then comrade where is she?"

I then whispered to her, she was not fazed as I go closer to her ear, I can't help to notice she is really beautiful, and of course let's not stare at her chest.

She nodded at me and quickly ran, the AMCS and the police quickly chase after her but her hand summoned a non-lethal round gun to stop them.

I then walked and ask the driver of the truck to escort Lilian to the medbay, I look at the horizon, Katharina's figure disappeared.

"Sigh..... At least she upheld the deal on not killing the AMCS and the Police.... I want to smoke some cig now."

"Goddamnit comrade, you are giving me a headache on not killing those guys, but at least, I am at this stupid bunker.

There was no protective measures on the bunker, somehow it is just some more hallways inside. I already memorized the damn layout of this citadel, the Info Brokers did a good job, leaking me of the map.

Now then where is that fucker, I passed by some rooms, it looks like a large data bank are inside, there was a staircase below ground.

"Where is she goddamnit, this place are giving me the creeps."

At the center was the familiar red haired girl, she was holding a sword in her hand, training and slicing the air, she then finally noticed me, her expression is cold and hateful.
