As Rime and Mia made their way through the dreary streets of Athens, they felt the bitter chill of winter biting at their skin. Every step felt like a struggle, as if the weight of their surroundings was dragging them down. Without warning, he accidentally brushed his hand against the cashier's hand while accepting his change, and the effect was immediate. The cashier's entire body froze, her eyes wide with shock as she became completely immobilized.

People were screaming and running in all directions.

"What the hell is happening?" one person shouted.

He turned and ran, pushing through the crowd of people; trying to escape the chaos he had caused.

"Stop him! He's the one who froze her!" someone shouted.

Rime knew he couldn't let the police catch him, not now. He needed to find his sister and figure out what was happening to him.

As he ran, he heard the sound of gunshots behind him, but he didn't dare to look back. He just kept running, trying to put as much distance between himself and the police as possible. He had to figure out what was happening to him and how to control his powers before it was too late.

As Rime sprinted away from the police, his mind filled with a sense of euphoria.

He didn't know why he felt this way, but he couldn't deny that he enjoyed the rush of using his powers. He had never felt anything like it before. He couldn't suppress the twisted grin that spread across his face.

He looked up at the police officers closing in on him and shouted, "Leave! Run away from me! I can't control it!" But it was too late.

They continued to shoot at him, but Rime's powers had taken over. His eyes started glowing blue and his emotional state changed. He slowly stood up, coating himself in a thick layer of ice for protection.

As Rime approached the police officers, they fired at him repeatedly but to no avail. Rime's' aura was surging wildly, causing everything around him to freeze. He reached out his hand and touched one of the officers, instantly freezing them solid. The other officers panicked and tried to flee. But, Rime's powers also affected them, trapping them in place.

As Rime surveyed the frozen police officers. He felt a sense of pleasure wash over him, though he couldn't understand why. He couldn't shake off the feeling of excitement and power. Yet, as he looked at the frozen officers, All of a sudden, he felt a sense of disgust and fear. He tried to take a few steps but collapsed on the floor coughing and vomiting blood. He realized that he had used too much energy. He knew he had to gain control of his powers before they consumed him.

Rime stumbled out of the alleyway, his mind, and body reeling from the incident that had just occurred. He knew he needed to get back to his sister Mia and tell her what had happened. He walked quickly, trying to maintain his balance and control his breathing. He felt a mix of fear, confusion, and relief.
