Chapter 0004:
Both opponents stood parallel to each other, eyes locked on their dancing fingers. Loki's adorable blue sea eyes fixated on the raccoon's fiery red ones.
The wind blew inside his gigantic room, moving the curtains and a bit of Loki's white hair. As if the sign was given, the wind knocked over a cup and signaled the start of the fight.
"Boom!"
The raccoon dashed at Loki and landed a weak punch on his diaphragm. The child barely felt anything leaving him, except for the mouth full of saliva that fell on the raccoon's face.
Loki, excited by his correct shot, watched as the raccoon blindly stumbled backwards. "This is it," thought Loki, as he quickly grabbed the raccoon's throat.
He weakly slammed the raccoon against the bed. The animal begged for air but none was at its disposal. It wriggled and kicked Loki backward.
"You'll regret that," muttered Loki aggressively, though it sounded like a child saying, "Yaa Gaga da."
The raccoon shivered and pounced on Loki, who used both feeble legs to toss it sky high, landing on the bed.
"Hell... I'm not losing to a raccoon," translated the child, speaking with saliva, "Hala ma coon."
Loki wasted no time and darted towards his bed. He mustered all his strength and dragged down his bedspread in hopes of trapping the raccoon.
However, when he looked under the fallen bedspread, the raccoon was nowhere to be found. "Where'd it go?" he thought, just as he heard a sudden impact.
"Boyaaah!"
Regrettably, Loki stood still as the raccoon's butt was aimed squarely at his face. Inwardly, Loki begged while staring with baby-cute eyes.
"Sorry man," the raccoon said, doing exactly what it intended: releasing the most horrible smell on Loki's face, Loki was drenched in a putrid green gas that left him immobilized, as he inhaled it, his emotions surfaced and he couldn't he help but cry.
"Uwaaah... Uwaaah... Uwaaah..."

His loud cries made the raccoon jump up. "Bam!" The door quickly opened with four guards storming in, along with Ella and Sylvia rushing in with a garden knife.
"Uwaaah... Uwaaah... Uwaaah..."
Now, the raccoon knew its days were over. It tried to escape, but Loki had locked the door earlier. As it climbed on the table, wanting to leap out the window, Lady Sylvia said, "Ella."
She suspended it with levitating magic, encasing the black raccoon with purple glowing aura.
"Awwn... It's okay, Loki, mother is here," Sylvia said, tenderly lifting Loki.
"It's okay, you can continue keeping watch outside," Ella told the guards, who promptly left. "I'll see the raccoon out of the mansion."
Sylvia nodded at Ella, while the raccoon floated outside with her, knowing its fate was sealed.
Meanwhile... Loki had his eyes closed as he groops Sylvia's melon and satisfying himself with the smooth skin breast. While his mother caressed his white hair.
She glanced around the room and smiled. "You fought well, didn't you? Father won't be happy knowing the heir of South-Gate was defeated. Next time..."
She continued speaking, unaware that the boy could hear and understand every word she said. "Surprise attacks would work on a bigger opponent."

Four Years Later...
Standing before a mirror, a white-haired boy admired his reflection, clad in black trousers and a matching long-sleeved shirt.
"Looking goooood... Hehe," Loki mused, striking poses and admiring his appearance.
It had been five years since his reincarnation, and based on the trusted memory he had, today was the day Lord South-Gate would return from the four-year-long war.
Everything was as it should be, a big day for the South-Gate family. Loki would meet almost everyone he had read about.
"I can't wait to see Joan and Merit... Gotta impress," he chuckled to himself.
"Yo, Golden Finger... Show me my daily quest."
Accompanying his thoughts, the familiar notification sound of the system chimed in, impressing Loki with his progress so far.

Loki smirked. He had worked hard to complete his daily quest, earning +100 daily life essence. Once it reached a thousand life essence, it could boost any of his stats by one.
Complete the boosting, and he leveled up — simple, just the way he liked life.
But lately, he had more focus on charm rather than boosting the fundamental ones.
"Will you stop admiring yourself and hurry up?" Ella said with a jovial expression.
Hearing her voice alone elevated Loki. She had been his crush for five years. He dismissed the system and walked towards her at the door.
"You still have a lot to learn from World Learning Class. If you're late, you might miss something important," Ella said, emphasizing the importance of punctuality.
The boy felt relaxed; the whole world was mapped out in his palm. A quick survey and he could get what he wanted from it.
"Now remember, father will be coming today, so be on your best behavior as you've always been... okay?" Ella reminded him as they walked through the mansion, with two guards trailing behind.
They followed the red carpet leading to World Learning Class, a study room Loki hated because of a particular individual.
"Now remember what I've told you, okay? Come home after acing the exam," Ella said, giving him a nod as they approached the class.
As he reached the golden metallic door with intricate designs, he glanced back and saw Ella nodding gently.
Without wasting time, he opened the door. The female teacher, seated far from the gigantic classroom with a board and two seats within two meters' range, wasn't the problem. The problem was the girl who smiled the moment Loki entered late.
"Ma'am, Loki came late again... Won't he be receiving strokes as usual?" she said with a devious smile.
Loki stared emotionlessly at his step-sister and sighed. 'Great, another day with this devil,' he thought while staring at the teacher's pitiful eyes.
