It happened all of a sudden. A weird screen, levitating in the air, appeared in front of all the humans that were present.

And on the screen, weird words were written that no one could understand.

And as everyone tried to ponder, a weird voice was heard from the screens.

A voice that seemed soothing and terrifying, a voice that everyone instantly recognized and feared, a voice that tons of priests had always desired to hear – the voice of God.

“Humans, we are very disappointed in you. The bad deeds that you have done have ended up becoming the reason for your destruction.”

“However, we Gods, do not want to kill you all and want to give you one last chance.”

“We hope that you would do enough this time, to erase the bad karma that previously exists.”

And that was all. This was what a male’s voice, who proclaimed himself to be a God said.

While everyone thought they were hallucinating, they started to conclude that all this was real since not everyone could dream or hallucinate the same thing.

*gulp*

‘Wha-’

‘What was that voice?’, a young boy with deep blue eyes and characteristic facial features woke up from his sleep right after he heard this.

“What the heck was this?”

“It seemed too real to be a dream.”, he murmured.

“Ian!”

He suddenly heard someone call out his name. He got out of his bed and ran down the stairs only to find weird animals in front of him.

“Ian…”

He heard a faint voice from his right. When he turned towards the said direction, he found a woman covered in a pool of blood.

Her legs were missing and so was one of her arms.

“Au-“

And even before he could say anything, the woman’s head vanished.

Tears left his eyes immediately. Well, it was not because of sadness, it was because he was happy.

‘That bit*h is finally dead!’, he said to himself.

It was because she tortured him a lot. Even though she did raise him, it was all because of the tons of money that his parents had left for him.

She took everything from him and treated him in the most brutal way possible.

He wanted to smile but he was shocked by the gore-some sight.

His eyes widened as he saw another beast that looked like a dog, chew her head off.

The beast’s fur was black which was now covered in blood. It had sharp teeth. Although it resembled their pet dog, it was too large to be his pet. It was as large as a mini-car.

The beast then looked at Ian who stood there in awe and fear. Other small beasts or animals which he had seen earlier were none other than mice that were half as big as the dog.

Ian could do nothing other than seeing blood dripping from the dog beast’s mouth. He stood there as the beast then slowly approached him.

Astonishingly, the beast walked slowly because it could see that Ian could not move.

‘Wha-’

‘What’s going on?’

‘I want to run away but…’

‘I am unable to. Why? What is just happening?’

Ian was way too confused and was about to think if it was a nightmare. But unfortunately, the feeling was too real yet again.

*Ding*

Suddenly he heard a voice of a man. Moreover, another screen appeared in front of him which resembled the one that was in his dreams. But it was a little different.

While the earlier screen was shining with golden light, the screen in front of him right now was black. The letters were white which made them completely visible.

‘This is…?’

‘It is saying that I am paralyzed but what do I do to get rid of it?’, he asked himself.

And just when he had asked, the Dog-like beast jumped towards him with its mouth widely opened.

Ian closed his eyes immediately because of fear thinking that he was going to die.

After a few seconds, he opened his eyes only to find himself completely fine.

“Huh?”

He looked at all the beasts around him. All of them were dead.

“Eh? What just-”

And just when he was about to ask, the room suddenly turned white.

In front of him, there were many flying humans, at least that’s what he perceived. However, they weren’t humans, they were Angels.

“You are…?”, he ended up asking.

“We are angels…”

“We cannot reveal you much but consider this as our gift.”

“This is all that we could do to save you and help you get stronger.”

“Please, slay all the Gods and restore all the worlds that have been changed by them.”, said the angel with the brightest shine.

“Huh?”

“This Supreme Angel System will help you in that conquest.”

“Please, you are the last one that we could rely on.”, right after saying this, all the angels vanished.

Ian was back in the room where all the beasts had been murdered.

‘Supreme Angel System?’

‘Then does that mean the angels made this system?’

‘I wonder…’

‘So does that mean I have to get stronger using this and slay the Gods?’, Ian asked himself.

He then walked towards the room where his Aunt was killed. He looked at her body which was shredded into pieces and then smiled in the most sinister way possible.

And just when he was doing that, suddenly another notice popped up.

*Ding*

‘Huh?’

‘What a weird name…’

‘But what is that just beside that name?’

‘Apophis? Does that mean ‘Apophis’ is his real name?’, he asked himself.

‘But why am I able to see this?’

‘Is it because of the system?’

‘Interesting…’, he smiled yet again with joy.
