P.O.V SUPERBOY

“Hey superboy, are you okay, clearly you've got something” - Robin asks me.

“Having ambition or relying on your strength isn't bad, it's just that sometimes taking down bigger opponents is part of the job, and Canary learned it the hard way like Batman and of course... like me too, this is new to you, you'll get used to it in time"- Robin says consolingly.

A long silence follows those words, I know I've acted like a child, it doesn't make sense to extend these stupid feelings, I feel that I take things too much to heart, I'm not perfect, I've never been, that's why I have to control this feeling, I lived most of my life keeping my anger against the world for the life I had before, I haven't taken advantage of that, I feel that part of it is because I don't know how to handle myself with people, I keep building stupid and senseless walls. ... if in my past life I was not more mature, I think it's time to grow up in this...

I know better than anyone, now that I learn easily and I am stronger I can properly develop myself in this new world, I can achieve things, things that I couldn't before. I think... it's time to apologize to Canary and even more to myself.

P.O.V. AQUALAD

“Do you think Superboy is all right? I didn't read his mind, but he had waves of anger coming out of him"- Megan says.

“Hahahahahahahahahaha don't worry Miss Martian I surfed that wave, just give him space, but you know...you baby, you can get as close as you want,” Wally says flirtatiously to Megan.

“Kid Flash is right, Superboy just needs time to calm down, this mission is quiet and will help him clear his mind.”

Superboy truly is the strongest of us, even so, his technique is not on the level of Robin's or even mine, his emotions dominate his actions, it's weird you can tell he gets too strong but fails to do what he thinks, it's frustrating for anyone to forget.

“Robin and Superboy to Aqualad, they're attacking our truck” Robin communicates over the intercom.

Shit how I figured, It couldn't be that easy, according to my radar there is also something approaching at high speed towards our location, no, it's not just one thing, it's many, it's more than 20.

“Shit, we've got company on this side too, a pretty spotty one.” “I guess they're... robots?"- Robin points to me.

“Then they are the same, be careful Robin, we don't know their capabilities, The Best case scenario is to destroy them, we can't let them attack the truck.”

P.O.V SUPERBOY

Krypto follows us closely flying, he is very fast, just like us he dodges the attacks without stopping, if we destroy them before they reach the truck I can change the image they have of me and maybe they will let me out more often.

“Krypto attacks”

Krypto is the best in these cases, robin and I will take over from a distance and finish them off, we won't allow them to get to the truck.

P.O.V. AQUALAD

“Aqualad, things got a little complicated for us"- Robin tells me over the intercom with an agitated voice.

“We're doing what we can, they shot at Kid Flash and Miss Martian's motorcycles, so Kid Flash ran to the sides of the truck taking out those robots that were on the sides, and Miss Martian took out the ones that managed to position themselves on top, still they don't stop coming, there are too many of them.”

“Here Krypto is attacking those on top of the truck Superboy is defending the right flank and I am defending the left flank of the truck, there are still some on the sides of the truck, it seems that their numbers are not decreasing, we can't be confident” indicates Robin while in the background we hear explosions from the robots.

P.O.V. ROBIN

Shit more and more robots are arriving, as they knew which trucks the robot parts were in, Batman must have had other trucks ready as a distraction to avoid this.

On the bright side, Krypto despite being a dog has almost the same capabilities as Superman, his laser helps him fight from a distance, and with his motive power, he hits the monkeys and takes out several.

But not Superboy, they are surrounding him, even some of the drones he released were already destroyed, they didn't hesitate even 10 seconds, although some of them took some robots with them.

Superboy keeps fighting even though they have him surrounded, at this rate they are going to make him crash or fall off the bike, plus it's dangerous to shoot, they are too close to him. It's like they are coming more and more...

“SUPERBOY UNDERCOVER”

A herd of robots managed to get on top of Superboy and together they attacked with their lasers.

The reaction time was too slow, the robots with their eye lasers attacked Superboy knocking him off the bike and landing on some crops near the road.

Shit, I can't stop, I have to protect the cargo, the bike is already out of ammunition, it's my time to get on the truck, Superboy will look for a way to follow us, although there are too many of them, Krypto and I will also look for a way to fight them all.

P.O.V SUPERBOY

“Ahhh!!!, Shit!!!!”

Shit, they've managed to throw me off the bike, I've got to catch up, I'm not going to be left behind.

I may not be able to fly like Superman and I can't run like Flash, but I can jump long distances, it's the only option I have left.

“Superboy, how are you?

“I'm doing my best to get there.

Although it took me a while to get there I'm almost catching up to them, the jumps help me get closer to the truck, although from where I am I can see Robin and Krypto fighting those flying robots.

“Somebody help me, somebody please.”

Shit, the driver and his partner are under attack too, there must be robots in the front of the truck cab. Also, the robots managed to open with their lasers a hole in a part of the truck.

Each truck came with the driver and a companion in the front cab and inside the cargo wagon there must be two more, so if they manage to get in they will be greeted with shots in their little robotic bodies.

Krypto manages to finish off two of the 6 robots that managed to get inside, and Robin continues to fight with his staff with the robots outside, I have to hurry to help them because the shots inside the cab of the truck are already starting to sound.

The robots manage to pull out the driver's companion who, despite having a small gun, does his best to get free from them, but in no time the robots grab his limbs and tear them off.

I can only watch as his eyes instantly lose their life. Moments later heartbreaking screams are heard inside the cab of the truck, Robin more distressed than usual can't do anything as the robots won't let him rest for a second...

“Robin, watch out! ”

Shit, the truck lost control the robots managed to break the front window, and it all happened in a matter of seconds, Krypto managed to pull the driver out at the last moment before the robots' lasers pierced him, on the other hand, Robin managed to jump to the side of the road before the truck overturned.

The Robots take advantage and enter the truck, they are in total 8 robots that manage to enter, they are already the last ones that left, I barely manage to hit two of them before reaching those who managed to get the briefcase with the pieces of the robot capable of copying the heroes' abilities, and although I manage to get there, the same robots again make the same attack with which they threw me out of the truck, and I was stopped again by the lasers, damn robots, how I hate them.

I can't let them go, I have to get the briefcase back.

“Superboy stop, we mustn't get separated"- Robin shouts at me from afar.

“I'll go after them, I won't let them escape, trust me.”

“Robin to Aqualad, the shipment is gone and so is my partner"- Robin says over the intercom.

P.O.V. AQUALAD

“If we keep going like this we're going to lose the cargo too, concentrate guys.”

Everyone gives it all they've got, Kid Flash climbs on top of the truck while some robots manage to get in, and Miss Martian pulls another three arms out of her body, it's something incredible, I didn't think she could do that, but now she's of great use to us.

Miss Martian flies through the air and tries to continue clearing the area, while kid flash fights with those trying to enter the truck through the hole.

Also, superboy split off from Robin and Krypto's side, and while it's a good idea to follow them, it's not a good idea to go alone.

“Aqualad to Superboy, give us his position.”

“cesspool..sipdod.”

“Superboy, shit he must have damaged his communicator falling off the bike.”

“This is Robin to Aqualad, Krypto found something? I think Superboy abandoned his communicator because it's broken, I don't think he left it just like that.” - Robin communicates.

The robots manage to fly off with the briefcase, Megan is still surrounded and trying to dodge the lasers, and Kid Flash is still inside the truck, I hope he's okay, the last thing they heard was gunshots.

“Shit, we lost our cargo too, there are too many of them, we couldn't take them all.”

“Guys, I think we'd better call the red tornado"- Megan advises.

“That would be a good idea Miss Martian, but No, he always tells us to figure things out on our own, if we recover the pieces we still have time to accomplish the mission.”

“Great detail, if only we knew where to look!”. - Wally exclaims

Wally is safe but with injuries, apparently, he even has a lot of blood but it's not him, surely one of the guards bled to death and he tried to save him, but he didn't make it, the driver and his partner are assaulted and the other soldier who was riding in the back, although wounded, manages to get out alive anyway.

“Sure we can"-says Robin over the intercom.

“What are you talking about Robin?

“I'm investigating one of the robots, I found it strange that although there were decoy trucks, the robots were directly attacking the ones with the right cargo"- Robin explains.

“Robin is right,” exclaims Megan.

“It's not that complicated, the robots must have been sharing data, and... BINGO, the briefcases with the robotic parts have trackers, that's why they followed us, and according to the direction they're headed is to..... Gotham City?” says Robin.

“Well, that's where Superboy must be headed too,” says Wally.

“Miss Martian and I won't be able to get there in time, Robin you're closer, Kid Flash will catch up with you, we'll do our best to get there as soon as possible, be careful.”

“Alright, let's go Krypto, Superboy needs us"- Robin says to Krypto.
