Spear [Modern President]- Um. Well let's just say all past country's refused to reunite with China and Russia. Even there Communist versions.

Tom- Wow. That's not good.

Spear- Simple after the teleport there's a fair election. There given two to three years to run and allow the people to decide. And none of that interfering with votes. Like you both are known for.

Chi Minh- Ha. Very well I agree with these terms. But this will never happen again.

John F Kennedy- Good we are all at an agreement. Now about the Cuba incident Nikita Khrushchev.

Nikita Khrushchev- I would rather we have this discussion in private. Considering it almost lead to unfortunate events.

After all the leaders leave the room except Nikita Khrushchev, John F Kennedy, and Spear.

John F Kennedy- So is the agreement to remove our nukes from Turkey and you will remove any support from Cuba and we wont invade them.

Nikita Khrushchev- That's right.

Spear- Very well. But Cuba people who want to leave Cuba can leave and become American Citizens.

Nikita Khrushchev- That will be between you and Castro. It has nothing to do with the USSR.

John F Kennedy- Very well we can deal with that. It's good we can come to an agreement.

Nikita Khrushchev- I'm happy we can make an agreement. Now if you'll excuse me I have things to get ready for the teleport.

Spear- Are you sure you wont need any help.

Nikita Khrushchev- No. This weak Russia will fall by our hands. And we don't need any help from Stalin or you.

As they get up to leave the screen changes to the modern president office where Spear drinking Whiskey. He look sad. As Vice President enter the room.

Tom- So how went the talks.

Spear- Do I look like they went well.

Tom- What happen?

Spear- We couldn't get Cuba. And Russia refused any aid to prepare for modern Russia. This hole thing could lead to a Nuclear conflict between the past Russia's.

Tom- Well if I must say better them then us.

Spear looked at Tom mad. But that when he changed the subject.

Tom- Um. Well how's the past Russia's in getting ready.

Spear- Slow. Even with our aid in technology there be lucky to have a few basic nukes before being teleported.

Tom- I guess it up to the people of Russia on what happen from here on out.
