----------------------------------------

This is evidence submitted to the Custodial Association, disclosed under the Freedom of Information Act.

Custodian identification and privacy are protected under the Privacy Act of 1974 and the International Custodial Act of 1980 Section 43(a), which protects custodians from retaliation and targeting by both supernatural and human forces due to their involvement with sensitive operations.

For the purposes of this report, the team lead will be referred to by the code name: Valkyrie. Due to all other custodians being active but NOT considered key figures, they will be referred to as Custodian-A, Custodian-B, Custodian-C, Custodian-D, and Custodian-E. All other individuals will be referred to by their title. If there are multiple individuals with the same title, they will be given a number in order of arrival.

God Blessed the World. Keep Thine Hands in Clay.

Objective

----------------------------------------

Following the successful neutralization of [Banshee] by [Hunter 1], the custodial team was dispatched to [Motel] located at [Redacted]. The objective was to safely dispose of the remains, sanitize the area, and ensure that no supernatural residue or hazard remained.

Contact

----------------------------------------

The team arrived on site at 0600 hours. Initial containment and cleanup proceeded according to protocol until approximately 0730 hours, when residual [Banshee] wails triggered a localized acoustic disturbance on the second floor of [Motel]. The incident delayed operations and required Valkyrie, Custodian-A, Custodian-C, and Custodian-E to deploy secondary noise suppression devices.

The narrative has been illicitly obtained; should you discover it on Amazon, report the violation.

The residual sonic disturbance was likely due to the improper neutralization of the [Banshee]'s vocal cords by [Hunter 1].

Cleanup resumed, with Valkyrie and Custodian-E conducting an assessment and isolating the [Banshee]'s carcass in room 203. The [Motel] [Manager] initially denied the existence of anything unusual in the room but later confirmed its presence. Room 203 exhibited signs of severe decay, including peeling wallpaper, rotting furniture, mold, and pervasive dampness. Temperatures within the room were significantly lower than outside, and faint wails were still audible within the walls despite the presence of noise suppression devices.

Valkyrie successfully conducted a spectral purge of the surrounding rooms initially and then proceeded to do so in room 203.

Attempts to stabilize the floor’s temperature failed, leading to discomfort and slower response times from custodians. The issue persisted throughout the operation and may have contributed to the exhaustion reported by Custodian-D.

During the cleanup, traces of personal belongings were discovered in the room, including items that suggested prolonged stays and the presence of multiple individuals over an extended period. These items were collected and handed over to the appropriate authorities for further investigation. Due to Custodian-C’s undisclosed emotional sensitivity and Custodian-E’s fragile mental state, the [Banshee] imprinted on them, affecting their emotions and sense of reality for the duration of the operation. Afterward, they required medical attention and hospitalization for temporary deafness, disorientation, paranoia, and moderate to extreme suicide risk.

Conclusion

----------------------------------------

The team demonstrated effective teamwork and adaptability in handling unexpected disturbances. Custodian-B, Custodian-C, and Custodian-D efficiently managed the corporeal cleanup, ensuring no ectoplasmic residue was left behind and that all personal effects of the [Banshee] were documented and removed. Custodian E successfully documented the entire operation for Custodial Association records.

However, the team was unprepared for the extent of the residual acoustic effects. Preemptive measures should have included the immediate setup of noise suppression devices upon arrival. Valkyrie had been informed that the vocal cords of the [Banshee] were cut, and the [Motel] [Manager] assured that there had been no valid customer complaints.

Further investigation into the [Motel]’s records revealed discrepancies in the guest logs, particularly in relation to room 203. These discrepancies, coupled with the [Motel] [Manager]’s evasive behavior and the nature of the items found in the room, suggest that room 203 may have been used for activities that were not logged or sanctioned. The [Banshee]’s presence and her intense emotional residue imply that her death was not a natural occurrence and may have been tied to the aforementioned activities.

The [Motel] [Manager] has a history of minimizing supernatural disturbances and allowing negative realities to persist within the [Motel]. Given the sensitive nature of the findings and the potential implications, follow-ups will occur in 30, 60, 90, 180 days, and at the discretion of the Custodial Association. These follow-ups will be led by Valkyrie. Custodian-C and Custodian-E will assist. Should they find any indication of a potential [Banshee] or similar manifestation, authorities will be contacted immediately.
