As the Force-sensitive organisms mature, their souls gradually develop spiritual power. Banbu was once a third-class soldier of the Human Federation, reaching the planetary life level. When fully unleashing his spiritual power on a habitable planet, he could cover a radius of three kilometers. Spiritual power had various uses, with its primary utility being detection, allowing insight into subtle movements within the covered area.
However, after his rebirth, Banbu's soul weakened to its infancy state, and his spiritual power vanished, resetting everything from scratch. Currently an L3 novice warrior, he only manifested a faint spiritual power, struggling even to sense his own condition, which remained blurred.
Banbu, through various vigorous actions, stimulated his muscles and blood vessels while simultaneously using his spiritual power to sense changes. Gradually, he discovered the presence of many hidden blood vessels and a heart within his diminutive body.
The hidden blood vessels exhibited excellent elasticity, shrinking into fine fibers during normal times, posing no hindrance to the movement of muscle fibers. Similarly, the hidden miniature heart remained motionless during ordinary times, barely perceptible.
While humans produced blood through bone marrow, in this world, it was the hearts of cockroaches that facilitated blood production. During intense physical activity, especially when suffering severe injuries and blood loss, the hidden heart would activate, rapidly producing blood, with the hidden blood vessels swiftly transporting nutrients and organic energy.
The complexity of the tiny cockroach surpassed imagination, with its complete set of organs, muscle, vascular, and skeletal structures more intricate than those of a human body. Initially, Banbu thought that by uncovering the distribution and functioning of his blood vessels and heart, he could easily devise corresponding cultivation methods. However, he found that the situation was far more complex than imagined.
Creating a martial technique was a complex process of trial and error. To illustrate, what was initially thought of as ternary operations became hex operations with the discovery of hidden blood vessels and hearts.
The difficulty didn't merely double; it increased tenfold. With his mental capacity insufficient, Banbu had to resort to external tools for assistance.
In a human society, leveraging computers and intelligent programs could eliminate a significant portion of computation, saving a considerable amount of time. However, Banbu found himself on a primitive planet devoid of technology, alone and lacking even paper and pen.
Banbu began carving out a dedicated research nest deep within the rocks, polishing the top black stones smooth, and recording information in the most primitive way—engraving it onto the rocks.
Nine cockroach drawings—ventral, dorsal, and lateral views—meticulously depicted shell nodules, muscles, and, most crucially, the distribution of blood vessels and heart based on his own condition.
Combining Arabic numerals and letters, they were extensively annotated. Consequently, these three drawings made by Banbu based on his own condition were more than ten times his actual length.
Even so, the densely packed annotations filled every inch of space, with non-essential parts marked with guide lines and labeled as "Structural Chart."
This nine-drawing project was a monumental endeavor, taking Banbu over half a month to complete. However, its completion also signified Banbu's meticulous familiarity with his own body.

The complexity necessitated its depiction. By looking up and observing, everything became clear at a glance, effectively reducing the brain's thinking load.
Intense physical activity and overuse of brainpower to contemplate problems escalated consumption, demanding more food. Unfortunately, a golden python, unaware of Banbu's struggles, had settled near a stream, adding to his woes.
Dubbed the "Crimson Python," its color resembled the deep autumn dawn. It habitually hunted and fed at night, lounging lazily atop the black stones where Banbu resided during the day, basking in the morning sun's glow to aid digestion until nearing noon before retreating into the creek to avoid the scorching midday sun.
Hereditary memories showed that adult Crimson Pythons were apex predators that lurked in the jungle, necessitating the mobilization of tribal elite warriors to hunt them. They preferred to inhabit large rivers, preying on medium to large herbivores such as water minks and deer.
This was a juvenile Crimson Python, approximately 500 in length, already an insurmountable behemoth for Banbu.
Annoyingly, this creature relentlessly preyed on marsh frogs by the stream every night. In just a few days, adult marsh frogs were decimated, prompting it to target juvenile ones.
Banbu could only watch helplessly as his intended food was devoured. Uncertain whether the python had eyes on his burrow, he didn't dare venture out for food at night.
He had hoped that enduring for a while would suffice, and the python would leave after devouring the frogs to seek sustenance elsewhere. However, to his dismay, the creature's rapid growth paralleled its increased consumption. It settled by the stream, expanding its hunting range to include small animals like mole rats, squirrels, rabbits, and birds near the jungle.
The Crimson Python even noticed the Radiant Grass, drawn to the Force emanating from the plants. Before he knew it, the spot for sunbathing had shifted from the peak of the black stone to the entrance of Banbu's burrow. Every morning, it would wander over, rain or shine, curling up beside the Radiant Grass until noon, eagerly watching as the flower spikes withered, revealing the pale purple grass seeds.
This was instinctual behavior; the condensed Radiant Grass seeds were extremely tempting to it.
Banbu could tolerate it no longer. Not only was he blocked from leaving his burrow every day, but the python also coveted the seeds of the Radiant Grass he diligently tended to.
Kill it?
Banbu couldn't think of any way to kill a creature a hundred times his size.
Poison it?
Awakened ancestral memories did mention many poisonous animals and plants, but Banbu had searched nearby to no avail.
Instead, he found a flat insect called the "Graceful Chrysomelid Beetle," aptly named for its colorful exoskeleton. In the jungle, a splendid appearance often signaled toxicity, serving as a warning to predators.
However, the Graceful Chrysomelid Beetle was all bark and no bite. Not only was it not poisonous, but it was also a nutritious delicacy for mantises and grasshoppers.
Nature's creations were always full of surprises. For predators like snakes, rodents, and birds, the Graceful Chrysomelid Beetle was a formidable opponent. They possessed a special gland that could ferment and store a gas, releasing it in times of danger.
While the insect's sensory organs were immune to this gas, it was nauseating to the noses of snakes, rodents, and birds. The foul-smelling "lethal gas" was detested by them, and they avoided the beetle at all costs.
The odor emitted by the Graceful Chrysomelid Beetle was highly adhesive, lingering for a long time and causing severe nausea until it naturally dissipated.
Banbu decided to try using the beetle's stench to drive away the Crimson Python.
Sneaking closer, he swiftly severed the beetle's head, preventing the release of the stored gas, and then carried the corpse back to his burrow entrance, crushing it with small stones.
In this way, he produced over a dozen small stones imbued with the foul gas,
surrounding the Radiant Grass in a circle.
One morning, as expected, the Crimson Python arrived. Sensing the unusual scent from afar, its sharp snake senses detected the anomaly. It hesitated for a long time, lingering in the distance before ultimately refraining from approaching the Radiant Grass and instead lounging on the black stone, enjoying the autumn sun.
Banbu observed covertly, confirming the method's effectiveness, silently rejoicing and deciding to expand its scope.
